This place has Amazing atmosphere on magic Square. I love this place because of its friendly staff, some times quite slow but very nice. I need to reccomend to all the salad de la mer with glass of Bordeaux wine. Delicious!

It is located in a very cozy square. Positive points for this bistro are that it is open until late & that waitress was very kind and helpful. Moreover, our dinner served quickly & wine was tasteful. Negative points are the smell of fried potatoes...More
Located in a pleasant square with trees and a breeze in the centre of historic Bordeaux, that’s where the positives end for this restaurant. The service was slow and disinterested. I wasn’t able to tell who was in charge or even who our waiter was...More
Went for dinner. The service here was chaotic, disorganised and slow. We had three or four different people serve us and on two occasions there was a mix up of what we ordered and where our meals were at. The entrees were not too bad...More

Everything takes forever. Not sure why i did not read tripadvisor comments before. Terrasse is nice on a square under trees but what a SLOW service. 1 hour to get a course. Food is rather basic and not expensive but not worth the wait.
We had a very pleasant evening here, the food was very good and the staff were excellent, very attentive and spoke brilliant English. The pate was a lovely starter and one of the best I've tasted.

This restaurant can be very busy at lunchtime but we were lucky enough to get a table. If you're after frogs legs or snails you can get them here. My fish of the day, which I'm sure was mullet, was somewhat overdone but I enjoyed...More
We were in Bordeaux for a day trip and choosing a restaurant for dinner isn't easy as there are so many. This cafe has the advantage of being in great lively square. We ordered the entrecôte and some pork minion. The meat was decent but...More
