The beer goes without saying. A fantastic variety, of local brews. Top Notch. Also had Sunday lunch there [12 Feb]. I had Lamb and my Wife had Chicken, both with Veg and Yorkshire Puddings. It was Absolutely Brilliant, no complaints at all. We will definitely be returning.

Was the best independent bar in Manchester but had now dunked the variety to push its own brand which now dominates the bar and is very average at best. What a shame I loved this bar

Great for those times when the wannabe wags in their "Primarni" finest are just doing your head in..... finding a decent bar in tacky Deansgate is very welcome indeed, great staff, good beer, what's not to like?..... Fish & chips are amazing....cm hmmm

Great choice of beers, some a little expensive. Was very busy but it was Saturday evening. It is in a good position for transport and other bars/restaurants. Well worth a visit.

We just came here for drinks and it was a really good atmosphere and funky decor. Drinks were good and good value~ lots of traditional ales. Pleasant staff.

Very nice place to enjoy delicious burgers, an abundance of beer options and a nice terrace. Been here with friends and was never disappointed. It is right below the railway line, so the vibrations from the passing trains add to the experience.

Had two or three pints and a fantastic lamb burger. Friendly. Quick service. Then a pint of strawberry beer.

Interesting menu and spoiled for choice for beers and ciders. Quirky location underneath a railway bridge and plenty of cult classics on the jukebox. Excellent place for a social drink and a burger.

The barman at the Knott was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers and ales and your canned and bottled range. He also let us try different beers before purchase which was lovely of hi. His name was Ravi and would love to shout his appraisal for doing a wonderful job.
