The garden centre itself is quite nice, and just what you expect from one. I wouldn't have said the products were expensive, it was what you'd expect really. The food was incredible, had the Christmas dinner, followed by a cake and hot chocolate; I've seen a few reviews about how it's expensive... Again, I wouldn't have said so, or the... More

We went to the riverside cafe just after they'd started serving lunch - I was going to have a hot meal but wasn't greatly taken with any of the sides to go with any of them, plus it seemed as though you had to get the main part of your meal served to you then help yourself to the side... More

OK for the price. Shortage of staff to serve the meals. There over Christmas 2016. Average to maybe above average. Good value as reasonably priced for the Christmas period. 5 days spent there. May go again if nothing else at Christmas.

We were booked into our room very fast very good, But we walked around looking for our room and could not find it so back to booking in and it turned out the room had been painted and they had forgot to put the number back on the door. But getting into the room at it was very good the... More

met up with friends, for a.look round the shop, and the festive offerings, which were very well done, and very expensive The food was at best average quality, and,in my case (I had the turkey dinner) about double the price (nearly £14),of a similar roast dinner,in a good quality pub serving food, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone

We went to Barton Grange yesterday 14th December and decided to have lunch there. BIG MISTAKE We chose the Sunday roast and it was probably the worst we have ver bought. Apart from being quite expensive at £11.95 the quality was abysmal The "roast" potatoes were cold and soggy and the roast beef resembled thin slices of cardboard and was... More

Went for our annual visit, a browse round the store and hotpot supper. Till this visit we have NEVER had a bad hotpot but sadly this time was very different. 4 portions of hotpot and not one was above lukewarm. Hardly any gravy/sauce, and the lamb was fatty and undercooked. We will go again but our expectations will be a... More

We called in for a coffee stop and a browse before going on for lunch in Garstang... the coffee was not good. No strength at all and was not even hot . Mine was black without cold milk added so was not too bad , but my friends, who had milk added, took theirs back for rehearing ... it's not... More
