Came here Saturday, 25th November for an early Christmas meal with colleagues. Absolutely great atmosphere, really buzzing. We had pre-ordered the set Christmas menu which was excellent. Nice and hot and full of flavour and textures. My only criticism, were that the brussel sprouts had...More

In the wine bar we enjoyed a tailored cheese board (6 cheeses with delicious bread) and glasses of wine recommended by the owner which suited beautifully. A different and good experience. Will go again.

If only been a few times before for a coffee and pastry, and not since they've expanded. Really enjoyed my first evening meal. Busy, good atmosphere on a Friday night. Friendly and helpful staff and tasty food, with yes, good-size portions! Tasty gin too.

Chef clearly knew his stuff as well as wine experts. Good menu presenting options for all tastes and requirements. Typical french dishes such as Duck/ cassoulet and french patisserie. But also twists on classic British fish and chips- posh style. French cafe decor. Gets very...More

Had lunch here with a lovely lady friend - we didn't book but were made very welcome. Food was quite good although the excellent Cassoulet was over salted for my taste. Glass of Fleurie went down a treat. Coffee here is good too. £25 a...More

Small independent cafe-bistro serving provincial French "peasant food" - This is not fine dining! Its loud, noisy and rustic.
