We visited on Saturday 19th April to meet our Granddaughter, Husband and Great grandson for a get together The Three Pigeons is handy for all of us being so close to the M6 Motorway. We live on the Bury boundary and they live in Liverpool. We know that the food and service is of the highest quality. Once again we... More

The food was very good, but I thought charging an extra 60p for peas withe fish and chips a bit cheeky,we all ,14 people, enjoyed the food which was served quickly by very pleasant staff .the problem was the pub needs to be improved especially the decor, also the surface of the tables leave something to be desired.

First time visit for us and it'll definitely be the last! I had the beef Sunday roast. Everything on the plate was well and truly over cooked and the beef was like leather. We won't be back!!!

Decided to stop off for our tea. Waited over an hour for our food. hubby had soggy Fish and Chips, not happy with that at all. I had a Chicken and mushroom Stilton meal. This was tasty but only just warm. Spent about £27 this included 2 pints and a half larger, needed as the wait was so long. Staff... More

Ordering was easy, service was good, a while to wait for our order but we did not mind as it means the meals are fresh and not simply warmed uo. we were served by a very friendly... More

Its a while since we went for a meal here as it was so awful but hopefully it might have improved since then. It was raining when we went in for lunch and quite a few of the tables were unusable because rain was coming through the ceiling!!! The food was average but eatable and the service we received was...
