Expensive for small portions and not value for a family or hungry golfers. Tea and bread all extra charges.

I just love this place! I live about 40 minutes away and when I really want to go somewhere I am guaranteed good quality food and coffee, this is where I go! Service is always friendly and the ingredients local and fresh. I went to...just have something small today, while catching up on some work and went for what I thought would be a simple yogurt compote and as with every plate/bowl/jar I have had over the years, it was absolutely delicious. If you want good, honest, tasty food with good portions packed with flavor, this is the spot!More

Called in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. No specials so we had the chorizo and halloumi & avocado sliders with mushroom soup. Delicious and reasonably priced at €9.95. Coffee and cakes (generous helpings) up to the same high standard as the lunch. Great to...see a local family run cafe doing so well and offering fresh and tasty imaginative food. Love this place and hope to return.More

One of the best places in Wicklow for breakfast!! Food is super! Coffee lovers will be more than happy! It's so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine! Remarkable how they cater for the large crowds that can suddenly descend on the place when...the good weather appears! You may sometimes need to wait for a table, but that's always a sign of a popular place. We count The Bay Cafe as one of our favourite chill out places and a walk on the beach isn't complete without popping in for a coffee. Even the dogs are welcome! We have shared tables with some wonderful people and they too have high praise for the cafe. Thanks to Belinda and all her staff for creating such a special place. We'd be lost without itMore

What a pleasant place to eat. We arrived at the breakfast lunch change over. It only took a couple of minutes before the extremely pleasant waiting staff served us. They have daily specials, great chowder and the coronation chicken is scrumptious. Lots of fresh cakes...also on display but I had to look the other way! Lovely atmosphereMore

So glad I stumbled on The Bay Café in Brittas Bay. Service with a smile from very friendly and helpful staff. The choice of freshly made food and cakes was very impressive and as a coffee addict I was surprised how good their coffee tasted....We will most definitely make a return visit.More
