Have had a few good experiences here in the past. Last Sunday we visited at 4.15 p.m. Staff were totally disinterested in serving us. There were only two people in front of us and only one girl serving. It took 15 minutes before we got...the ask for our food. Eight people behind us at that stage!!! There were four other staff who were busy cleaning. If you don't want clients after 4 p.m. please close at 4 p.m. and don't have clients waiting. As they didn't have our first, second or third choice we decided to leave. We cannot comment on the food, therefore. Please don't visit after 4 p.m.on Sundays as you will be disappointed.More

My husband and I visited here for breakfast. There was a long line of people queuing so that their order could be taken. After 20 minutes in the queue we noticed the lady taking the orders kept disappearing! When we got closer we could see...that she was trying to take orders and then serve the customers when the food was ready. Whilst this lady is flying around there are 3 people standing watching her! Because the service was so slow there was nobody moving in the line to order tea/coffee hence the three idle staff. Very badly managed. I noticed people giving up and leaving! Food lovely and kudos to the lady taking the orders she has a lovely smile and is very welcoming.More

Went there for weekend lunch and place was quite busy. Service friendly and we just made the breakfast with only 5 minutes to spare. OH went for the pancakes with maple syrup and pecan nuts. They were superb, the pecan nuts working really well as...a counterpoint to the sweetness of the syrup. Simple addition that works very well.More

Well worth a stop if you happen to be in the area. They have a lovely selection of scones and sweet treats and the coffee is good too.

My Irish friend took me here for breakfast after telling me it was a great place to eat - and he wasn't wrong! On entering I was happy to see a clean spacious cafe. When I asked if I could make up my own breakfast...from the menu, it wasn't too much trouble for the friendly staff. I ordered; poached eggs, sausage, bacon and seeded soda bread. It arrived in no time at all, accompanied by a pot of relish, and it was gorgeous! Lovely soft poached eggs, a nice herb sausage, great bacon, and fantastic seeded soda bread. It was that good we went there again 2 days later for another breakfast! I can't recommend it enough!More
