This place is a hidden gem 💎 in Wexford. Never had a bad experience here. Clint and her staff are so friendly and always so welcoming. The daily specials are so creative and you could come every day and still be surprised :) visually beautiful....A must stop in wexford!More
We could not understand why there was such an interminable wait on a chilly cloudy Monday. Customers were turned away while there were visibly unoccupied tables. They did not seem interested in communicating with customers about the waiting time and once seated it took 4o...mins to receive our lunch. The quality of the food did not turn around the negative impression of this place.More
We just enjoyed a delicious lunch in Karoo, a real gem tucked away just off the main road to Rosslare. We had just a short wait for a table which was well worth it. We were hard pushed to make a decision as so many...options appealed. I had the chicken burger which was by far the nicest burger I have ever eaten. It was so refreshing to be served with delicious baby potatoes and gorgeous salad instead of the usual chips. The kids also had the chicken burgers which were also delicious and such a generous serving for kids. And they loved the potatoes too. My husband has the meatball sambo which he also really enjoyed. We will definitely be back to try some of the other menu options. The service was excellent, very friendly staff and owner. We got a couple of take away coffees in the little shop… really nice coffee too. Overall I would highly recommend this litttle South African gem.More

What a Beautiful Arty considered space. They are well busy but keep up a very professional show, and they deliver on the food offerings. Excellent coffee too and affordable prices which is important if attracting repeat customers weekly ( which I now plan to become...! )
💐 for all your hard work - we loved your placeMore
I’ve been going to Karoo for a long while now, ever since I was younger I’d always go in to get their brownies, which are absolutely top notch, and since I’ve started eating there for breakfast, I’ve had zero complaints.
The outdoor seating area is...so lovely with its gorgeous chic aesthetic and homely vibe. The tables are well spaced from one another and everything is always clean to perfection, and it overall feels very tropical even at the coldest of times. Whenever I go I always try to have something new, but the food I’ve had thus far is so incredible I find it hard to switch, but every time I do I’m not disappointed.
The facilities available are wonderful and the serving staff are so incredibly friendly and polite. In particular I’d love to point out Clint, as the last few times I’ve been he’s always greeted us with a smile and accommodating welcome.
I’m looking forward to my next breakfast at Karoo, five stars without a doubt.More
Having heard so much about this restaurant we decided to journey for the visit and boy was it worth it I did not get the servers name he was a young man and was excellent. The food was delicious philly steak sandwich with salads and...a nice ice cold refreshing drink pomegranate and orange.
I would highly recommend and would return.
Thank you for the lovely lunch.More
Horrendous experience. The manager was dizzy and disorganised. Waited 1.5 hours for a mediocre burger. Ordered coffee and after 20 minutes gave up and left. Service was shockingly bad. Quite simply the worst cafe I have ever visited.
