Good Bar and restaurant with attentive waiters. My husband hat the steak which he enjoyed very much.

What can I say, wooh the food was absolutely gorgeous; the starter was massive as was the mains 😊 I couldn't tell about the desert as we were full after the other two course's.... My wife and I ordered MUSSELS for 13.50 Euros each. After I had to order our own beers the server brought us the mussels. The pot was only half filled, they were the smallest mussels we have ever seen, there was very little 'cream sauce',...no leeks and no garlic. The best part were the little bits of sausage at the bottom. We have had mussels in garlic and cream sauce at Kenny's in Lahinch and at O'Connor's Pub in Doolin. Both places served excellent mussels, very large, delicious, in a large pot with plenty of garlic in a white cream sauce, and we might add, far less expensive. If you visit Thomas Moore's we suggest that you do not order the mussels. We felt like we were violated and the management really did not care about what we thought about our meal. The server actually laughed at us. We'll never go back. We also told the front desk at the Talbot Hotel about our experience. M. Greg Miller Millersville, Pennsylvania, USAMore

Excellent food lovely atmosphere, staff very friendly, menu choices very good from starters to desserts. Will definitely recommend to friends and will return soon.
Hadn't visited before but heard this was a good spot - and it was. Building itself is really nice, food was lovely and staff were very friendly and professional. Look forward to returning.
We stayed in Wexford 2 nights, and ate in here both nights. Food was amazing, big portions and so tasty! Burgers, steak and curry were fab. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, special mention to Mark, for looking after us both nights! Atmosphere was warm...and welcoming, whilst adhering to social distancing measures. Would highly recommend!More
Ate here twice on our visit to wexford. Small but excellent menu. Had seafood special one night and was to die for. Perfectly cooked and flavoured seafood. Service great too. Staff attentive but not hovering! Good pint of Guinness too! Well worth a visit!
We recently had a large family celebration at the Thomas Moore Tavern. We had a perfect outdoor area with a canopy all to ourselves. The staff were brilliant all night (especially Pauline) and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. A group of us...even went back the next day for lunch and drinks because we knew we were guaranteed good food and a nice atmosphere. The food is amazing and very well priced. Definitely will be back again next time we are in Wexford Town or even close by. Really can't rate this place highly enough. They are managing these post covid times remarkably well.More
