On holiday and fancied chinese food. This feels morelike a cafe than a restaurant. Service was quick and polite. The large grop of people on the table behind were so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk. The food was nice though so as they do tak away, I would opt for that infuture, or maybe we were just unlucky!

I don't often review Chinese takeaways but I had this one on a visit to New Ross as I fancied a Chinese and the food was absolutely incredible. It was some of the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. And despite us placing a rather large order they had it ready within 20mins and were lovely when we went in to pick it up. 10% off our first order was a lovely touch too. I will be back if I'm ever back in the area again

Lovely little restaurant, the food is unreal, I’m very happy that they now have an app, it’s so easy to order from it, the prices are very good! Staff is also nice and you cannot forget about how delicious the food is!

RUDE & UNHELPFUL
If you like your take away to be served with a smile and a helpful attitude this is definitely NOT the place for you.
I have been using this take away for over 8 years but no longer, which is a shame because the food had always been good. The young lady behind the counter (Irish) was rude beyond belief to such an extent that I won't be back.

Drove 20 minutes either way to get a takeaway, ordered crab rolls,chicken fried rice and chicken peking style for my kids to share,got home kids waiting at the table and find the rice for my peking dish was missing called the resteraunt to see if they could compensate take into mind 3 kids one container of chicken was supposed to feed and when put onto the manager she offered €2 off my next visit,or come back and collect a fried rice for my meal, personally I feel offering my €2 off my next meal is a show of there unwillingness to admit they did something wrong secondly by the time I would have returned that would have been 1 hour and 2 minutes since the food was collected the food had already gotten soggy and cold and I was expected to further this by 40 minutes, I feel the least could have been offered was a compensation meal,very poor customer relations and service

Food was OK staff were NOT ! The food was nice but the staff were very rude and unhelpful after booking in advance we (a group of two) were placed at the back of the restaurant at a table for 8 ! And when we asked to move to one of the many smaller free tables, where we could sit closer to each other, we were met with contempt... Myself and my partner are regulars and often order takeaways from the restaurant, but after this we are not too sure we will return...

Great value, great food. No supplements on the menu even if you want king prawn or fillet beef. Family friendly. Lovely staff. Something on the menu for everyone, so much to choose from. Would recommend the chinese green tea instead of the usual tea/coffee as it's prestation alone is beautiful. Highly recommend this restaurant to all :)

Myself my partner and our two kids ate here on a busy Friday night restaurant is small but clean and your not on top of each other . Staff are very friendly and everything we got was fresh and we all enjoyed it , portions are very big . The price we made was very good value . I would return .

I go to jade garden once a month as a treat, every time I get something different and I have not been disappointed. Food is Devine, the ladies in front of house are friendly and helpful.
Food is not expensive and you always get big portions.

Jade Garden never disappoint whether it comes to authentic food or service. The place is always clean and well kept, staff are nicely friendly and looking after customers very well. Prices are very reasonable for very good food. So if you ever pass New Ross it would be shame not to visit it.

I was pleasantly surprised with the beef szechuan I received. Inexpensive dinner, nice staff and a good buzz in the restaurant. They tried serve everything in a fancy pot or bowl so the table looked really cool when all our different dishes arrived. Slight negatives were that the table was very sticky, as was the menu, and the toilets definitely need an upgrade.
