Amazing quality steaks I could not even finish mine the portion sizes are very generous. Had the Seafood chowder for starters it was so tasty and the service was second to none.

Location on the water is great. Restaurant itself is quite cozy. The starters are off the chart. Excellent house salad and the garlic crab claws were chocked full of flavor. Fish in the fish and chips are the bomb (good). Extremely light and flavorful batter....More

Was apprehensive that this would be just another steak joint, Actually the food was really good. My lemon sole was fantastic and sizeable. Everything was done right and my fellow diners enjoyed their meals.

McLearys has only been around since 2011 when they opened on High Street. The Wine Vault was there before them and that opened in the late 80's I think. Before that, "proper" restaurants were few and far between in Waterford
