Dined here for the second time in a little over a year. Had to book months in advance as there were 6 of us but it was well worth the wait. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff were pleasant knowledgeable and...More

Good food. We used the value menu on the night we were here €20.00 for a two course meal. Good choice of food to suit everyone. The only down was felt we were squeezed into the section. Good night. Enjoyable.

We had a lovely lesuirely meal there on a Saturday night. Couldn't fault a single thing; a duo of pate and a seafood pancake for starter and a very generous cheeseboard being particular highlights. Nice wine menu. Good selection of drinks including craft beer and...More

The service was very good. The employees were courteous and prompt. The food was amazing. The chef should be given a pat on the back for the quality of food he prepares.

It's a shame to see that this establishment does not offer vegan options. I understand that vegan is not hugely common but it would be so nice to see at least one vegan option on the menu. Have heard great things about the place from...More

I actually ate here on my birthday after a long, stressful day. It wasn't a bad experience but just mediocre. The vegetable soup was good as was the sticky toffee pudding but my steak wasn't. It was overcooked, tough and didn't have great flavor.

This restaurant is great! They have a fantastic ‘Value Menu’ at €20 for two courses and these options are some of the same from the A la Carte menu. Food is excellent and great staff and I would definately recommend a visit!

McLearys has only been around since 2011 when they opened on High Street. The Wine Vault was there before them and that opened in the late 80's I think. Before that, "proper" restaurants were few and far between in Waterford
