Superb meal had during a recent visit to Waterford. This is really excellent fine dining and amazing value for money when you see what is being charged for mediocrity elsewhere. This is a kitchen and front of house that care about the guests and the food that is served. €49 for 3 courses/€40 for 2 courses. Very reasonably priced wine list also. Book a table and make haste!

We had a gift to visit this restaurant. Having never visited a Michelin starred venue I wasn’t sure if it would be for us.
I was completely wrong. The restaurant is welcoming, the staff are fantastic and made us feel very at ease. We were seated downstairs in the vaulted restaurant, which is intimate and beautifully laid out.
We ate from the pre theatre menu, 3 courses for £35 which was excellent value. The food was all perfectly cooked, interesting and new flavour combinations, and yet still felt accesible to us.
We asked a couple of questions about the dishes, and all staff knew the detail of ingredients. The service was faultless.
I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, and we will absolutely return. Thank you

Highly recommended and reservations are a must! This Michelin restaurant is worth every penny. The waitstaff are trained to help you have the utmost satisfaction from beginning to end. If there is any questions the head chef is there to please. What can I say the food was brilliant in every way. The 3 courses were reasonably priced around 42 Eurs. If I lived nearby I would be a regular!!

Big disappointment. In particular, I had the lamb which was as tasteless as lamb can be. When the menu states it comes accompanied by turnip you don't expect a single piece the size of an oxo cube. The portion sizes for both starter and mains were miniscule to a point that we ate elsewhere later that evening. Lovely place but I think the chef has been watching too much TV.

If you want amazing food,, perfect service and wonderful ambience at a very reasonable price for an all round perfect meal, go treat yourself.
Cheese soufflé and Chowder starters were so flavoursome and perfectly presented. Followed by beef fillet and Halibut mains which were delicious, render and
faultless . An interesting side of cabbage made us rethink how good cabbage can be.
There is a great, reasonably priced wine list to accompany the food.
Service was very friendly and professional.
A wonderful meal and a restaurant to return to.

Excellent fine dining experience with a menu on offer to tantalise even the most discerning palate. Every dish was packed full of flavour and beautifully presented . They say you get what you pay for and at Everett’s you won’t be disappointed because every dish is a signature dish. The only caveat i would add is turn the lighting down for a more cosy atmosphere.

Two of us ate lunch here. Lovely warm welcome and taken downstairs to a unique room - natural stone wall Menu was very well explained by a knowledgeable person who looked after us really well. Food cooked to perfection, presented superbly and tasted even better.

We had dinner here on Saturday, very popular spot... could only get an early booking but it was so worth it. I had the scallops and trout and it was just amazing... the plate was empty by the time it went back! Very high quality food, well thought out and the freshest ingredients. We had a lovely waitress called Kim who informed us about all the dishes we enquired about and wine was good too. I had the chocolate dessert, very rich but tasty, one of my friends had the profiterole-type dessert and that was amazing too. Thank you.

Everett’s is a remarkable restaurant experience. The menu looks short but is in fact truly diverse with the daily special that is truly that. The standard of service and setting is from the top drawer and when coupled with the excellent food makes it a “go to” in Waterford.

We ate here recently and were taken aback by the quality of food and service .The menu is set at two prices , €36 for 2 courses and €45 for 3 courses . The food is of the highest quality and looks amazing on the plate . We both had scallops to start , followed by main courses of monk fish and braised beef (highly recommended). i hate a cheese plate which was explained to me by the waiter and my wife had a panna cota . The whole experience was superb and we would not hesitate to both return and recommend.

I almost rated this place a four out of five, because the service was somewhat slow towards the end of our experience, but the food went beyond what I’ve sampled at Michelin one and two star restaurants. The Duncannon Smoked Salmon, Gribiche and Fennel appetizer was the finest combination of freshness, with each accenting the other perfectly. The cod with Jerusalem artichokes was also perfectly divine, and had got to be one of my favorite preparations of cod ever. The sample
of Irish cheeses closed the meal for me on the right note. Honestly, anyone on Waterford should try this place out - truly an incredible culinary experience! If they fix some of the service slowness, Michelin one star is within their reach!

Came here for our anniversary dinner. The scallops were butter soft and cooked perfectly. The brown bread is to die for and upon enquiring, apparently made on site. It has treacle and pumpkin and other seeds. Very attentive and kind waiters brought us some extra. Had monkish to follow, which was also excellent. The mash was creamy with perfect amounts of butter and seasoning. Ran out of room for pudding but would have liked to try the cheese board. Highly recommend.

We had dinner here Thursday night. It was out standing from beginning to end. Scallops cooked to perfection and smoked haddock with parmesan custard delicious. No monkfish available but generous portions of halibut and cod were thoroughly enjoyed. We were told the venison was served pink....soft as butter and wonderful flavour. Deserts , Romantica, a cold rice pudding with mango and pineapple and blood orange and white chocolate eclair were a great end to a great meal. Some glasses of good quality wines here are only 6€.....cheaper than most basic pubs..Excellent , unobtrusive service. Will be going back !

We managed to book a table for two at short notice on the 18th. The reviews looked fantastic and rightly so. From the moment we arrived all staff were very friendly and welcoming. We sat downstairs in the cellar area which looked great. The service and three courses we had were second to none and a delight to eat. The chef and team are obviously very good at their jobs and the attention to detail great. This was the nicest meal we have had in some time and the cost we felt was very reasonable.

Whilst on another visit to relatives in Waterford, we were very keen to visit Everett's. We tried last August sadly the pandemic put paid to that. Finally we had our table booked and were looking forward to our visit.
The staff are extremely welcoming the main course menu in my view had insufficient choice for non fish lovers, with only one meat main course offered.
Our starters were delicious cooked to perfection the scallops were sublime. Sadly the main courses monk fish and the beef were very disappointing. Suprisingly the fillet of beef was very tough and the others thought the monkfish was undercooked and had a strange unenjoyable palate. The lemon sole however was delicious so a mixed bag of main courses.
We all opted for the same dessert a blood orange eclair which was really delicious.
It was a mixed bag really which was disappointing maybe my expectations were too much, I am not sure I would be running back.
If the mains had been up to scratch I would say Everett's is not bad value for money.
The welcoming staff are a credit to the establishment.
