The quality of food and cooking is excellent. Each course so so well presented and tastes excellent, i couldn't fault any of the three courses We really felt safe dining here, the tables were spaced out appropriately and there was also a perspex screen between...tables. All the servers wore masks and the menus were sanitised between customers.More

We were a party of 4 who visited Everett’s for lunch. The food was really great , standard is really high. Everett’s must be the best restaurant in Waterford.

This is a very bright light on the Waterford restaurant scene and deserves to be applauded and supported. We had an amazing meal there recently - staying with the seafood for main courses. The cod was meltingly fresh and perfect, not overwhelmed by the sauce...and served elegantly. It is really pleasant to end a meal feeling happy and sated without being over-full and still tasting one or two ingredients for a day or two afterwards! Service was professional and warm and discreet. In addition, COVID precautions were well in evidence .I will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Thank you, Everetts, for a lovely meal.More

What a find. We are here en route to a night away in Faithlegg, and had such a stunning and flavoursome meal, we cancelled our booked dinner in nearby Faithlegg. Every mouthful was magical and bursting with extraordinary flavour. The biggest of recommends for this...fine dining experience.More

We were seated downstairs, which was lovely!. We had the scallops for starter, which were very delicate, perfectly cooked and flavoursome. The brown bread was delicious. As mains we had the beef and monkfish (as they ran out of halibut). Everything was cooked perfectly but...found the fish dish a bit plain. Can't fault anything in it but for me it was lacking something. We both had the chocolate fondant and it was to die for. So rich and gooey, it was fantastic! Some of the staff seemed a bit flustered and at times, it was difficult to get their attention. But there was a table of 6 next to us and it could be because of that.More

Superb evening with excellent food and even better service. Looked after fantastically by Marie. So many small touches led to a wonderful dining experience. We would most definitely return.

Me and my partner went there last week for the 3 course dinner. It was possibly the best meal we have had in Ireland. Simply incredible. The decor is also very nice. The staff are so professional and friendly. We genuinely couldn't fault the place!...We will definitely be back when we're back in WaterfordMore

Absolutely amazing! The food was excellent and Geraldine was the icing on the cake, such a friendly and helpful lady! I visited Everett's with my mother. The food was absolutely excellent and it is a long time since I have had this kind of a food experience. The restaurant itself is lovely and nicely appointed. They have adhered well to social distancing guidelines as the...tables are well spaced out and there are little hand sanitiser pumps on the tables. Unfortunately, our experience was diminished by the young man who served us on the night. We were made to feel very uncomfortable by his overall demeanor. I understand that in the current times, that working within a service industry can be quite stressful but this young man made the experience a little unpleasant. We were told on arrival that we would have to order our three courses together and that we would have to leave after 1 hour and 45 minutes, which of course was no problem. We had to ask our server if we could order a drink and we had to ask him to come back to take our order. We were conscious of the length of time it took for our order to be taken as it was made very clear that the government restrictions were being enforced. When we didn't order dessert, we were loudly reminded that we had to order all three courses. We explained that we didn't want dessert. I felt like a bold child being chastised. When it came to delivering our starters, the plates were almost balanced at the edge of the table and kind of shoved towards us. I actually took the plate from him as he was so clearly uncomfortable in his role. We cleared the table ourselves and left the dishes as close to the edge of the table as possible. When our server came to take the plates, I thought to myself, I should have left them up on the bar for him, then he wouldn't have had to come near us. I work in a service industry myself so I do completely understand the challenges that people working in this sector are currently facing but I do not believe that customers should be made to feel like they have done something wrong by just being there. We were also served by a very pleasant woman who was helpful and didn't make us feel remotely uncomfortable. Overall we had a pleasant evening. The food was excellent and I would definitely return and hope that I have a different server.More

We came down from Newry for a few days and were recommended this place. This is probably the best recommandation we were ever given. The food is outstanding! The scallops and duck terrine were out of this world and the lamb and brill mains were...amazing! The staff are so professional yet so friendly. Genuinely can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back next time we're down in Waterford. Simply amazing!!More
