Delicious food with plenty to choose from on the menu, attentive wait staff and a lovely atmosphere to enjoy dinner. The resturant itself is in the centre of Waterfords nightlife so it's a great choice for dinner with friends if your planning on heading out...More

Popped in Monday afternoon as I was feeling too lazy to cook and since I've been here a couple of times I was sure I wouldn't be disappointed. Enjoyed 3 wonderful dishes (prawns - a small bit spicy dish to open up your appetite; goat...More

A very enjoyable meal. Nice atmosphere and decor, friendly service, if a little haphazard at times, and a menu full of appealing sounding dishes, though it's not that similar to the one on their website! We tried a prawns starter (not too sure what it...More

I have dined here on a few occasions, Sometimes I've had a lovely meal and other times have been a disappointment. The decor is beautiful and theres a lovely atmosphere, sometimes when the surroundings are so nice the food becomes secondary. Perhaps its a change...More

Yes, the toilet is on the ground floor so there should be no problems. Sorry about my delay in replying to you but I was out of the country and away from my PC.

Description
Listed in The McKenna Guide Best 100 Restaurants in Ireland 2014.In the heart of Waterford City is a restaurant that champions the local food experience. Vaguely Spanish in decor with a funky eclectic mix of food and ambiance that may well be described as Mediterranean. Most definitely, not a conventional Irish restaurant experience. Critics and regulars alike acknowledge this place is fun and different. With early bird menus from €20, this is an affordable treat in a relaxed atmosphere. But it's worth persevering according to the critics:" With its warm Mediterranean colour, this place would bring the sun out on the darkest of days" Georgina Campbell "Much loved menu that hits all the right buttons" The Irish Times"It's a dream vision of owners - Cormac & Donagh - who stamp their left field imprimatur on the excellent food & the fine drinks that make folk flock here in their droves" John & Sally McKenna"Bodega! Gives the taste of the med, and also the vigour & joie de vivre of the med" Bridgestone Guide
