Beautiful café. I love their commitment to sustainability. We orders porridge, nut butter toast and mushroom toast. Everything was delicious.

The atmosphere of the Cafe is really good, a perfect place to go have breakfast or brunch in the morning time. My boyfriend and I used it to plant the rest of our day, stress free. The food was good and the service was decent.

Their breakfasts are really good, and filling. This was basically our breakfast spot when we visited Sligo in July 2022. Their sourdough bread is super yummy! Coffee is decent, and probably the best I've had in Sligo.

been an avid fan and regular visitor of sweet beat since it opened, but in the last 6 months to a year I’m sorry to say it’s really gone downhill, in every way. the food just isn’t great, it’s bland and thrown together with no...effort, and its expensive for that (I wouldn’t mind the price if the food was how it used to be). But what I especially noticed was the staff. Not only are they slow and inattentive, some (not all) are actually simply rude. Several customers had their orders mixed up, they just didn’t seem to be trained in properly or know what they were doing. Hope it picks up again, my favourite place in Sligo ordinarily. .More

Excellent vegetarian and vegan food. Three vegetarians and one vegan were very happy eating brunch here for four days in a row. Delicious and inventive food - we never miss going here on our annual trips to Sligo. Can highly recommend. Outstanding coffee and baked...good too.More

We had the most amazing lunch here a few weeks ago. The staff are excellent, so attentive and helpful. Definately will be back - especially for a mango smoothie it was delicious!

All I can say is WOW. Best vegan cafe I have ever been to. The staff are amazing, so helpful and patient when choosing what to order and very happy to provide recommendations. Even made me feel comfortable to order my decaf iced latte with...oat milk and hazelnut syrup 😂❤️ which i never do because it’s a MOUTHFUL and I don’t have the nerve but the staff here seem happy to do anything for you ❤️❤️I got the cheese toasty too and I think it should be re-named to the craic cocaine toasty because I am addicted!!More

The first thing I always notice about this place is the staff give you the warmest welcome & make you feel so comfortable. Erin served me the last time I was there and she was made my day! One of my favorite places for coffee...& let’s not forget to mention their mouthwatering baked goods. It’s a must visit when in Sligo!More

Grand, unfortunately most of the menu was sold out by the time we got there. Nice staff, but not organised. Enjoyed sitting upstairs.

I’m not a vegan or vegetarian but I come here when I can for the breakfast burrito. It’s the nicest thing I’ve eaten in Sligo. Tastes so good and keeps me full for hours, and I don’t feel bad for eating it.

Well just look up the word pretentious in the dictionary , I’m sure you’ll find a picture of this place beside it. It’s ok guys you’re allowed to smile, it’s not against the law.

Love this cafe! The best soy latte, the turmeric butter, the green smoothies, the soup, super food salad, its all so delicious! Everything is made in house and packed full of flavour and bursting with colour. The staff are so friendly, we are always greeted...with a big smile and such quick service when I'm on the go. Keep up the good work guys! 💪More

I'll start by saying that I had heard good things about this café and as a vegetarian was very excited to try it. My experience however was so poor I felt it necessary to leave a detailed summary for the café on what they need...to improve upon and as a warning to other customers. To begin with we were greeted by an unfriendly front of house who had no idea of the seating situation and told us there were no available seats (only for us to check upstairs to find it almost empty with plenty of room). Next, when seated we weren't approached by any waiting staff for at least 15 minutes. It came to the point where (by this stage) all those seated upstairs were looking around wondering whether any waiter would come up. Finally our orders were taken, however not before us having to go down and find someone. 40 minutes passed without sign of food or apology of delay. Finally (most of) our food arrived, with one of our group left unserved for at least 10 minutes while the rest of our food cooled. Eventually the soup appeared, plonked down on the table without a word, smile, or spoon to eat with. We asked for another jug of water to receive a wordless scowl in response . Many found it difficult to enjoy lunches, the different dishes being on one end of the spectrum bland or otherwise entirely too spicy. The coffee was served not in tandem with the treats we had ordered at the same time, meaning our coffees were cold and half drank by the time the cakes arrived (and at that not all the cakes were even brought up). We were not the only ones to have received poor service, having witnessed those around us complaining of uncleared tables and forgotten meals. I hope this review will serve to vastly improve the standard of service and quality of food served in this café.More

Hi there, we do have a breakfast menu available and we have 2 x 2 seater inside so we are not raking bookings. We also have some seats outside too. We will have our dining room open in the next few weeks. Thanks, Carolanne
