Hands down the BEST coffee and Gelato in Sligo! The only coffee shop in town I don’t need to ask for an extra shot of coffee- it is fantastic flavorful coffee 👌🏽 The ice cream is to die for and would happily eat it for...breakfast lunch and dinner everyday! It doesn’t make me desperately thirsty after eating like most icecream! Great selection of flavors my fav being cherry and cream or white choc & pistachio! The staff are always very friendly too 😀More

The tell of any gelato parlour is their vanilla! And Fabio’s nails it along with the multitude of flavours on offer! On a side note they started doing a slice of deep pan pizza which is actually super tasty! Being from sligo I might be...biased but then I’m not wrong eitherMore

Just got 3 ice creams, two regular and one small and was charged 13€, I think I was overcharged. I would not care about the price as the icecream was delicious and cannot say a bad thing about the icecream. However, for 13€ I would...have expected a decent portion for two scoops in regular tub. The portion was tiny which I Am very disappointed in.More

Delicious icecream. We were lucky enough to visit Rome last year and obviously enjoyed the top class icecream. Fabios would not be out of place there! Delicious icecream and would definitely recommend.

We had delicious icecream as part of the Sligo Vegan Food Tour here. A rich chocolate and orange, strawberry or raspberry and lime were on offer.

The Irish love their ice cream, so do the Italians. Here's where the cultures meet in the best possible way. All the treats are homemade and the flavours are magnificent. Do yourself a favour and get an Affogato, coffee with vanilla ice cream. Wow. Just...wow.More

We visited on a hot July day, we have been before, but not in a while....I don't know why we don't go more often. We ordered a medium cone with two scoops to share; we chose Eldeflower and Black Forest Pavlova. They were both delicious;...lovely flavours and not too sweet. It's a tiny shop, but full of character. Highly recommend this place. It's a treat.More

My wife, my sister in law and our baby daughter went to Sligo for the day to visit family and after a nice lunch and a walk around the town we visited Fabio's for ice cream, or should I say Gelato, as there is a...big difference in how it's made and that comes through in the quality. It was excellent and the service from Marta was first class. They offer a range of different flavours of gelato and also sorbet and between the four of us I think we tried most of them. They also offer lots of gluten free products etc. and offer allergy advice on all their products. A must visit next time you are in Sligo. We will definitely be back.More
