This meal was absolutely fantastic - we will be talking about how amazing it was for a while! I had venison- it was cooked to perfection and so tender and the trimmings were full of flavour and the wine paired perfectly! We had creme brulee...to finish and it was equally as good! We will definitely be back next time in the area.More

Myself and my friends had the most beautiful meal last night. We went with the early bird which had really lovely options to suit each one of us. Between us we had prawn arancini balls, lamb arancini balls, hake main and pork mains, lovely touches to...each dish and the most amazing mash u will ever have.Chips were amazing too as was all the wine! Our servers were Dylan and I'm sorry but we didn't get the lady servers name, she had dark round glasses and blonde hair. They were both attentive, professional and just really lovely in general. We will def be back, the main menu was a bit pricey for us for a mid week meal but seeing what was coming out of the kitchen to other diners looked amazing so we will def return to try that menu. Highly recommend Bridgefoot, thanks for a great eveningMore

We had three courses each here, and it was as fine a dine as we've had anywhere in Ireland.. We started with the new beetroot dish that had recently arrived on the menu. It was an exquisite mix of textures and flavours - toasted walnuts,...seeds, combined with melt in your mouth goats cheese. I followed up with the venison dish, my wife with the halibut, and we finished with creme brulee and pavlova. Cant recommend the food here too highly!More

Really enjoyed the food, wine and service here, everything was of a very high quality, put together by a chef and a team who know their stuff. The experience was spoilt a little by loud 80s disco music, which was completely incongruous in terms of...the vibe they are trying to create. Some some soft jazz, blues, even traditional Irish would be better. Also the decor makes the place look like a high end corporate canteen. My advice to the owners would be to spend a little bit of money on getting advice from someone who is as knowledgeable on creating a good ambience as they clearly are on creating great food.More

Blissful! We demand an apology. -:) We were ‘dragged kicking and screaming’ into blissful heaven. And that was just the desserts. You want to taste the beef, the hake and aubergines. Really, all jokes aside this is one of those places you would want to...be dragged kicking and screaming into. Worth every single penny! We want to extend compliments to Chef Alan and his team and to the wonderful Graham and Mae who looked after us beautifully. PeterPetra, Amanda and Debbie PS - I was 68 yesterday so I’m pulling age rank here! I’ve seen ‘em all! -:)More

After a day at Rosses point beach I hit trip advisor for a nice place to eat in Sligo. We booked in for the early bird at 5pm. It was not what I expected! We traipsed in with four kids under 10. I immediately regretted...our decision. The setting was far too nice for us! I shouldn't have worried. The lovely staff made us feel very at ease. We ordered 4 starters and mains off the early bird menu and shared them between us all. Everyone loved everything. The kids had their first experience of squid and inhaled it! We also had pork balls (they had a fancier name than this!) and carrot soup for starters. Pork, lamb and an aubergine dish for mains. All delicious. Triple baked fries were lovely I was told. They were gone before I could taste them! Last minute decision to have dessert after all, given how nice the food was. Absolutely sublime. The salted caramel and lemon curd was out of this world. We were thankfully done just in time to clear out before the classy diners arrived in their finery. We were never made to feel uncomfortable despite the noisy children and the trail of sand we left in our wake. I would love to go back another time, just the two of us, and wearing a dress worthy for the occassion!More

One of my favourite places to eat in Sligo! First off the staff are amazing. Always so kind and accommodating, with a little humour to make your dining experience even better! Seasonal , locally sourced menu means delicious food, high quality ingredients and attention to...detail is 10/10 - almost too good to eat! the Chef's clearly know what their doing behind those kitchen doors. Ample seating options but if you're like me and enjoy people watching be sure to try grab a window seat. We've been to Bridgefoot House for dinner with friends, Sunday lunch with family , celebratory occasions and it never fails! Hard to pick a favourite dish off the menu but the Duck , Chicken Chicharrones and Creme Brulee are always a must for me when I see them on the menu. Five stars from me, highly recommend you go visit you won't be disappointed!More

Absolutely beautiful food, myself and my family were blown away. Service was great felt very welcoming and comfortable. Every course was top notch, incredibly flavour and quality. The attention to detail and presentation was like no other. By fair the best restaurant in Sligo. In...the climate we are living in at the moment it’s hard to find somewhere that ticks all the boxes, great waiting staff, comfortable and ideal setting, fabulous high quality food and the overall professionalism, Bridgefoot ticks them all. Would highly recommend. Best of luck to all in the restaurant.More

Myself and 3 friends went for dinner here a couple of nights ago. The food, ambiance & staff were all great. The seared tuna starter and pork belly were divine. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food, the wine (which is very competitively priced) and espresso...martini’s at the end. I think this is probably the best restaurant in Sligo currently and I can’t wait to go back.More
