All reviews pizza king prawns veal chilli seafood visited il italian fare service was excellent main course enjoyed our meal recommend this restaurant family meal food was lovely volcano euro specials
Really friendly and attentive service from the outset. Tempting menu, tasty food, great vibe, good value… Worth walking the extra few steps from the main central hub to seek this place out.
Came here as the nice looking Italian over the road was fully booked. Food was as expected - based on the menu and the decor - completely average. Imagine Pizza Express, Prezzo, Bella Italia etc etc etc.
Ok if you are hungry and can’t find...anything better; wouldn’t recommend though.

Not so impressive from the outside but homely and charming inside. Food absolutely delicious and portions generous. Staff relaxed, welcoming and chatty. Busy for a Sunday evening creating a nice ambiance. You really can’t go wrong if you come here.
Thanks to the bar manager...in the Wyatt Hotel for the recommendation.More
Visited Il Vulcano for meal on a quiet Sunday evening. Had made a booking but had to change the time at short notice. There was no issue getting an earlier slot.
The menu is extensive and there were some nice main course ‘specials’ available. Overall,...the food was excellent and the service was efficient and pleasant. A very enjoyable meal.
Highly recommended.More
Never judge a book by it's cover. We picked Il Vulcano based on reviews on Tripadvisor - it looked rather unprepossing from outside but it more than lived up to expectations. We received a warm welcome and found the waiters both engaging and attentive. The...Crostini Mediterranei made excellent starters. My wife opted for the veal (Vitella al Funghi) and I had the Pizza Vegetariana and we were both very pleased with our choices. The pizza had lots of toppings and was excellent. The wine list seemed very reasonable and our bottle of Salice Salentino went down very well. Il Vulcano comes highly recommended - it was obviously popular with the locals too because there were plenty of them there. It also does a take-away trade. If you found this review helpful I would appreciate a helpful vote. Thank you!More

To top it off, food was a...amazing... Fresh tasty ingredients - highly recommend and can't wait to go back!More
