Good place to meet friends for a coffee. Free parking available. Plenty of pastries and sweet cakes to chose from. Very helpful and professional staff. It can be hard to get a table and it's on the expensive side for the size of the portions.

Come here every couple of weeks....mainly when I want to indulge in some Sweet Treats....of which they have plenty. Boston Cream pie, Savoury freshly baked pies which are delicious, mini carrot cakes or Scout Bars.....its all Yummy. Highly recommended although it is fairly limited for seating. Enjoy

I have visited the Brown Hound on multiple occasions and never disappointed with the service and the quality of the baked goods. The scout bar and fruit scones are my personal favourites. Arrive earlier in the day to guarantee the most variety because they tend to run out quickly. The only downfalls are that there are not enough tables and... More

Loved my lunch here. The brown Hound is like something straight out of a stylish interiors magazine. Attention to detail with the lighting and colour scheme is second to none. The sandwich I had was delicious and beautifully presented. The desserts were displayed decadently. Reminded me of coffee shops in Vienna. A real gem!

Classy, elegant, trendy and simply sublime. Subtly flavoured Turmeric Latte reminded me of silky egg nog. The first warm feeling of Christmas ! Together with a Christmas cookie the Flavours are just amazing.

A nice little coffee shop / bakery that sells the best coffee in Drogheda. A great selection of pretty cakes and savoury scones, you just don't know which to choose because they all look so appealing. It is usually busy and difficult to get a table but there is outside seating, although for some reason you have to drink out... More

I love the selection of cakes and savory sandwiches here..both the display and quality is excellent....however, the thing that really lets it down is the lack of feeling "wanted" as a customer! Why,why...why, is the larger area with comfier seating closed up approx 2 hours before closing time...regardless of how many customers are in the room? This seems to be... More
