Me and my husband get in today for quick dinner. We was seated very quick. Up to 10 min we wait to order be taken- ok as they were little busy. I ordered Tempura Bento, my husband don't want nothing.Waitress take it order and she...gone. After a while she came back and she sad that we need to order more items because they need to do min.??? I ask what min spend we have to made? She sad min 16€ more we have to spend to have my order made!!!! Ridiculous that they try to push us to spend more money. If you are craving for an Asian food fix, this place checks all the boxes. I recommend the chicken katsu curry and the tonkatsu ramen - really warms the soul on a cold Irish day. Taste was authentic, service was friendly and food came quickly.

I have always loved this place but I must say that last time I went it was so bad that I won't ever go again or order online. My friend order a rainbow sushi and a piece of cling film got stuck in her throat....Thinking it was a hair she coughed it up after having a bad moment. When we told the waitress that my friend almost swallow a piece of plastic she came back with the manager or a senior who said that cling film is not plastic (as if it was OK or edible). We never received an apology, just a defensive attitude. Another friend of the group review the restaurant on another platform and got a worse response. Like, what is wrong with the person attending this? You're only loosing costumers. A piece of cling film in the food is something bad, even if you use it to roll the sushi, I don't care. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from! We had booked ahead, it's Limerick on a Saturday evening so always book ahead. We had the loveliest waitress. The miso soup was flavoursome, and the 'not so spring rolls' were really tasty. The sushi was...set was great! For main I had Yasai Yaki Soba which was amazing and my partner had the Teppan Beef Teriyaki. We will definitely be back to try more and the meal with sake and beer was very reasonably priced. We couldn't fault it!More

I tried ordering from here on Uber eats only to have them call me, tell me they’re out of all the ingredients for my rolls (I ordered a tuna roll and a tempura roll, extremely basic rolls). They then told me that they would only...make me a rainbow roll (which has tuna and shrimp tempura, the two ingredients they claimed to not have). She then told me that she couldn’t even make me that roll because I took too long to decide if I wanted it or not and that there was no chef to make it for me when there apparently was only 2 minutes prior. It’s worth mentioning that the restaurant was still supposed to be open for another 40 minutes. I wouldn’t be making this review if this was the first time this happened but sadly it’s happened before. The way they treat customers who are just trying to enjoy their food is horrendous. Without a doubt, the best vegan sushi we have ever had! We went here on the off chance on a Sunday evening (our only night in Limerick). The staff were efficient and friendly and it was nice to see the place was busy. However, the...food was the star of the evening! Totally recommended.More

I order from this restaurant a good amount and today was horrific. 30 euro for cold miso soup, no soy sauce, two tiny pieces of ginger with my basic cumber sushi and a few vegetable gyzo. Besides the food being cold and clearly no care...being taken to prepare it. I was still hungry after spending the 30 euro. Service was very good and the food came out quickly. I had a very nice ramen and sushi. Would definitely come again. Only time I’ve seen Guinness served alongside sushi. Bosh.

Hickory Ribs €8.90 . 2 ribs for this price with minimum sauce. Chicken Katsu Curry Don...€16.50 Average, Cold and tasteless. Came with miso soup which was ok. Egg Fried Rice €5.50 . Best part of the meal. Teppen Beef Teriyaki €16.90. Package broke enroute and leaked all over the bag. The only hot part of the meal and it nearly scalded my hands as it covered everything else in the bag. The beef was tasty and portion was alright. Seafood Tempura €15.90 . They must have went to the frozen section Iceland for these. Tasteless and cold . Overall very poor. Not a place I will order from again. Hopefully they learn from negative reviews.
