Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The new burger bar is unreal and a review just really couldn't do it the justice it deserves, I would highly recommended calling in to try it, they also do a takeaway option, best burgers I've tasted in a very long time, I also had...the bacon and cheese chips, the portions are massive, Darragh you have done it again your gifted, can't wait for Saturday to come around again.More

My family and I visited the last week of Dec 2022 and we were very disappointed with the food. Chicken wings are advertised as crispy wings which they were not. I got a stuffed jacket potato which was terrible. The bacon lardons were barely cooked...with lots of non crispy fat. My husband got slow roast beef which was very tough. We have been here before and the food was very good. We will return when there is positive feedback again on the food.More

Lovely dinner with friends. Starters especially went down a treat (chicken wings). Mains were good also. Friend described the brownie dessert as the best one he has ever tasted and I’d have to agree. Staff were friendly, especially the girl in the bar with regards...paying/ splitting the bill. Would return again for casual dinning. Very reasonable for 5x 3 course meals and drinks.More
