Food and cocktails too notch. The staff were very friendly and efficient no waiting around to order drinks or food. We felt very comfortable in there. Seating was well spaced out and all staff masked with plenty sanitising stations and the outdoor seating area was...well covered in with large heaters for outdoor dining.
Looking forward to going again for food and especially the lemon meringue pie cocktail.More
staff was overall cold, unfriendly and not at all helpful. The receptionists and servers made us feel like a burden anytime we had an interaction with any of them. food was bland. stains on pillow case. mold above the shower. location is good but i...still wouldn’t recommend.More

I haven't eaten here in years, maybe even over a decade as I didn't rate it. Then had to eat here recently and loved it. The food took a while to come but nice service and lovely food all round. There were a couple of...issues that could have been handled better, but I'll def still be back.More
We booked the sleepover in the city special offer directly from their website for €85 each. This included one night B&B and three course evening meal with a bottle of prosecco in the room. The rooms were exceptionally clean and came with complimentary tea/coffee facilities...and bottled water We stayed in room 212 which looked out over the church and it was a quad room. Dinner was fantastic (we all ordered steak but we weren't told about the supplementary cost) and the cocktails were strong. Breakfast next morning was good with choice of continental or cooked. We had a bit of everything. Definitely book table in advance for dinner and a separate table for drinks after. Parking was €9 overnight with hotel discount and was in the carpark literally 10meters from the reception door. We've already started planning again.More

Hi! Thank you so much for the feedback! We really appreciate it after the past 2 years. Hope to see ye again soon!
After being seated at our table, no staff attended us for over 20 minutes. We eventually ordered via the app which is advertised on the table. However, we were not advised to do so, or given any instructions whatsoever.
We asked a staff member to...double check if our order on the app had gone through. She seemed confused and told us that the app is very new, left to "check", then never came back.
We weren't served any drinks until our food was ready, and this was only after we asked where our drinks were.
In the entire time we were there, we were never approached by any staff member to take our order, check on our meal, or offer any more drinks. The only occasions when we spoke to a staff member was when we called someone as they were passing. Other tables seemed to be getting much more service than we did.
Our food was fine but definitely nothing special and not worth the price.More
