Hadn’t been back in a few years but always loved this restaurant. It didn’t disappoint! Still as good as ever. Staff were very friendly & very approachable. Food was very tasty & desserts were amazing!

Outstanding pizzas and not part of a chain. Homemade in the best sense. Great service and helpful staff. Overall great value for money.
Very friendly staff, lovely restaurant, and the food was delicious. Friendly banter with the lovely front of house ladies. Sorry our stay was so short, would love to have returned to Piccola!
Three of us called in for an evening meal. C had the BOSCAIOLA, I had the CRAB RAVIOLI and B had a PIZZA CONTUTTO. For drinks we had glasses of Wine and Beer. Our desserts were ITALIAN ICE CREAM, LEMON TART and DEATH BY CHOCOLATE....We enjoyed the great food. The service was nice, the ambience was very Italian and we can't wait to return to La Piccola Pizzeria very soon.More
One of the ladies at our meal asked for a fruit bowl for dessert. The waitress said that they did not do fruit bowls but that she had a Mandarin Orange in her bag which she promptly gave to my friend. Absolutely lovely ❤ Food...was lovely too ❤More
I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, the food is absolutely delicious and excellent value for money and the staff are super friendly and efficient. There are other Italian restaurants in Limerick, where the food is bland and overpriced and none come anywhere close to...being as good as the piccola pizzeria.More
Usually find La Piccola great so was disappointed on Halloween night to be met by front-of-house lady aptly dressed as a witch who sharply asked if we had a reservation then sent us outside to wait while she checked. The restaurant was half empty so...we were very taken aback. Recommend bringing back the original staff..More
We came across this little pizzeria on our trip to Limerick. Good little find. Great service. Good food and wine. Small and cosy. Friendly family business
The menu available is brilliant and very affordable, staff are also lovely. Unfortunately our pizzas were very bland and needed more cheese/ sauce. Judging on how good the below reviews are perhaps we just visited on a bad day.
My daughter and her friends celebrated her 16th birthday here and they could not have been nicer ! Super food and great decor and service - thanks to all x
We Eat here any chance we get. The staff are super friendly and with Gluten Free Pizza and Pasta to compliment their extensive Menu, the whole family are happy with their choices.
Piccola Pizzeria really does the best takeaway pizza and at €10 for a pizza it’s a bargain. The pizza here is so good! Our favourite to get to takeaway are Pizza Garrett and Pizza Pancetta. Don’t miss out!
Beautiful food and service. Loved it. We had a great time. Edith is so attentive, nice and gave great advice. Made our night. She is a wonderful asset to the pizzeria. Didn't know until tonight it's open for lunch. Food fresh and amazing. We had a...great night. Highly recommend.More
Two of us called in for a pre-Belltable Theatre meal. C had the BOSCAIOLA and I had the CANNELLONI with SALAD. Each of us had a glass of the house WHITE WINE. The food and drinks were delicious. Each of us then had a COPPA...FANTASIA. C had an AMERICANO COFFEE, I had a HOT CHOCOLATE. The service was great, the atmosphere was MOLTO ITALIANO. We hope to return to here soon.More
Visited for dinner last night. Started with house red wine and Breosola salad and foccosia bread basket. Very fresh salad with thin slices of beef salami, Parmesan shavings, rocket and balsamic dressing. Very tasty! Then had the pizza picante: pepperoni and peppers. Not too spicy...but just enough! Very happy with this meal as well as the reasonable prices! Enjoyed the restaurant so much on the first visit that we returned tonight! Started with the Tasty salad this time: romaine and rocket with feta cheese crumbles, black olives and cherry tomatoes in a balsamic dressing. For main course had the potato gnocchi in an arribiata red sauce. Had a little spice kick to it as arribiata sauces do! It was delicious! Gnocchi were al dente tender...not overly done. Portion sizes are generous especially considering how reasonable the prices are. If you are looking for great Italian food with good wine and great prices then this is the place!! Service was great on both nights. It was just one gal, pleasant Hungarian gal with a pleasantly warm smile, working and she was busy!! Feeling very grateful for this great find!More
