Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Rudest staff I have ever experienced! Would not go back here if it was the last place in Limerick. I ordered what I thought was a Quesadilla... as you can see from the picture this is not a quesadilla. Putting this aside when the food...came out I asked could I have the guacamole as it is on the menu. The server said he would check. Then a lady server came out with such an attitude and said sure isn't here avacado on it.... good thing I didnt ask for a glass of wine... I would have probably been served grapes. Food tasted fine but was not as described but the service is the main reason for the bad review. Its also interesting from reading another review that this "quesadilla" is not an isolated event and they said that it would be fixed but clearly has not.More

I stopped here a few times while in Limerick for both breakfast and an afternoon pick-me-up. The coffee, service, and pastries were excellent. The location is ideal for people watching and relaxing with a book. I did try the frittata one day, and the flavors...were good, but the texture was a little rubbery. Other than that, I highly recommend this cute little cafe.More

This place is a lovely little find. In our delicate state after the night before we were starving and wanted breakfast type of food. This place had it all. We were welcomed in the host was friendly attentive and so accomodating to our special requests...one of us needed Gluten free option and was delighted with the choice. All of us found our food amazing. I had the best pancakes I've ever tasted. The waiter and also waitress checked back with us regularly which was so handy as we wanted more things. We even loved the playlist so overall you would absolutely not be disappointed by this wonderful little spot. Quick efficient friendly service. Great value and amazing food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 🙌🏼 would return here again 100%More

I've been to O&F a few times before and it never fails to disappoint! It is in a great location and the food and service are of a great standard. We had a Caesar salad (excellent) with soda bread (lovely) and a toasted sandwich (a...bit basic. I think the bread used could be better!). We will be returning and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. P.S. the coffee is really good too! 😃More
