Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere and an efficient service. You know what you are getting once you choose to dine at this restaurant so it is reliable. The kids meal deal was definitely good value and on the day the staff seemed to have interacted well...with families so that was good to see. I opted for the Pollo Pesto dish and it was beautiful. The girls opted for Margherita, American Romana and 'Nduja Calzone pizza's and they enjoyed them immensely.More

Dear Sir/Madam, I just took my mother out for dinner in your Limerick restaurant. None of the staff were not one bit friendly and looked like walking zombies. When the food arrived the Melanzane dish arrived the portion size was served in a tiny dish...and there was barely any food in it. I had to give my mother half of the pizza as the staff would not allow us to send it back or reorder another dish. When we we’re going to pay none of the staff asked us how was our food or overall experience in the restaurant which was not only extremely rude but highlighted the fact that the staff had no hospitality training or basic manners. We spoke to the lady at the till and told her of our experience purse as we were not asked. When we said the dish was small her response was “The dish was vegan” Are vegans not allowed to have a filling meal? She expects vegans not to be full after a main course, explain that to us! It was also very discriminating!! Especially in a restaurant you would expect to not be hungry when leaving. We both were starving after eating in your disgrace of a Limerick restaurant. The manager didn’t really say much but after we paid and left the restaurant we looked back and saw the waitress expecting the situation. This was not one but hospitable. The manager should of least had a conversation with us instead of waiting behind until we left. We had eaten in Liffey Valley in Milano in the past and it was gorgeous and staff were amazing there, but shame Limerick was not the same experience.More

The food here is excellent never disappoints. Excellent for gluten free. The staff are always so nice. Had a lovey staff member serve us at the weekend, he was very helpful and friendly. Lovely food, lovely staff and a lovely view of the city. What...more could you want.More

Two of us visited Milano for Sunday lunch. Our Covid Certs were checked and we were welcomed to our seats. C had the Lemon and Herb Chicken Wings to start with. I had the Lasagna Classica while C had a Pizza Margherita. Each of us...had a glass of Prosecco Rosé. We finished off with Cafe Royale for C and Hot Chocolate for me. We enjoyed our meal, the atmosphere was great and we plan to return to Milano soon.More

Very disappointing visit to Milano’s this week. It was my first time since last year and had been really looking forward to it. Pizza was burnt with hardly any cheese on it and the cannelloni dish had about 5 pieces of pasta in it drowning...in sauce.. skimping on everything and then overcharging for it. I was still hungry after the €20 pizza . Staff were lovely but unfortunately I will not be returning back here.More

Got a takeaway and starter portion of garlic prawn was unremarkable and tiny. It contained about six small prawns that you'd take out of a Tesco plastic pack. The pizza base was more doughy than before. Still same flavour but the crispiness seems to have...been done away with. The Classic is also smaller in radius. However, the flavour is still good. I spent € 30 on my Sunday lunch. It's simply too expensive guys.More

Well known pizza Chain which always delivers. They were very busy the evening we called by but we given a table outside very speedily. The service was fast and efficient. Lovely setting by the river to enjoy your pizza outdoors.

It was very chaotic when we arrived with staff very distracted, once we were seated it calmed down, staff were friendly, food was nice, they had issues with suppliers so not all foods available.

Lovely family restaurant. Staff were lovely and efficient. Reasonably priced. Tables socialising distanced, we felt safe at our table. Would definitely recommend it for families

Beautiful restaurant with lovely staff our waitress Chantelle was so kind and sweet. The food is so delicious and I would definitely recommend going there for food after a busy day of shopping.
