Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked Rossi's to eat after our son graduated. From start to finish we couldn't find one fault. One person in our party is gluten intolerant and she had plenty of options to choose from ,from starters to dessert. Staff were professional , attentive and...friendly. Food was delicious and we will definitely returnMore

Great food and super friendly and really good service in the heart of Limerick city, run don’t walk! Pizza, burgers, pasta etc. all served to perfection and the cocktails are great too!🍸. From the moment we arrived all of the staff were very welcoming and...friendly and we were looked after very efficiently by the lovely Lauren and other members of the team. Well done guys, we will be back!More

Went here for a casual dinner with my family. Lovely setting with a great view of the river. We chose to dine outside. I ordered a vegan pizza. It took about 30 minutes which is grand (I prefer a bit of a wait because it...usually means the ingredients used are fresh). However, I was not impressed. It had no taste / seasoning or flavour. From reading the menu I knew in advance that there was no vegan cheese which is a shame. Not difficult to do. My friend had told me this was a good restaurant for vegan choices. However, it was just a sauce and the vegetables. It was really undercooked so I don't think it spent much time in an oven. The mushroom was raw. The pizza was cold. I would not pay 16 euro for this unbaked bread again.More

We made the mistake of eating here after seeing the reviews. The people that left these favorable reviews clearly have never had excellent Italian food in their lives. I ordered the carbonara and my husband ordered a pizza. When my carbonara came out I just...looked at it in awe. It was the most bizarre looking carbonara I have ever witnessed. The panchetta did not look like panchetta and I did not want to find out what it was. The pasta was bland and there was no carbonara sauce. One bite and I lost my appetite. My husbands pizza was worse. The sauce was sickenly sweet and it was undercooked. He took one bite and list his appetite. We asked our waitress ( after it took a good 10 minutes to try to get her attention because she was chatting away with another waitress) to get the manager. We were told there was no manager that particular day. We asked for the bill and agreed to pay for our drinks and nothing more. Avoid this restaurant like the plague. It is simply horrible and they cannot cook Italian food let alone a pizza!!!More

Cute, nice place for dinner. Out of the three things we ordered , Rossi's pizza was by far the best, everyone wanted another piece. Also a good Malbec if you like red wine.

Love everything about rossis and I come here all the time, the staff are great and so polite and friendly. Every time I go here I always get the carbonara, my only issue is the portions are so small! For reference I'm a small lady...but I'm still ready to eat more after my meal even with a starter. please make the carbonara portions bigger at least for my sake hahaMore

From the moment I walked in both staff Isabelle and Rebecca were fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. I actually had my 21st here about 12 years ago so the fact it's changed so much was a surprise. It's quirky and has a very warm unique...vibe. I had the antipasto which was delicious. If you love Italian food and great staff this is the perfect place to go.More

Ate in the highway location last Friday. Husband had pizza and I had the burger. Both were OK.... The chips with mine were definitely fresh out of a freezer bag into the fryer! My burger was tasty but the actually other components of the burger...just didn't add any flavour to the burger. Both of us had dessert and at €8 a pop it was nice but should have been €5.50 max for the portion size. We left both saying yeah it was OK but nothing special and we probably will not go back. It was more of a bar food joint rather than a restaurant such a shame. Staff were lovely and friendly.More

Omg I've just left this restaurant it was the worst food I've ever eaten burnt tasteless stuff. Only 1 steak so i decided to get a carbana that had no sauce on it asked for some when it came out n they brought me garlic...mayo. The other tbone that we got was burnt on 1 side n over cooked. The chips were rock hard and inedible. The kids burger was burnt even the bun was burnt. The garlic bread was so hard it could have broken a tooth. The only meal that came out that wasn't sent back was the spág bol n that to me was so tasteless.. We got other. Stuff to replace our 1st order but that was just as bland. Needless to say I'm now outside a shop getting sweets and tayt9s to fill me up.. Not a great start to our holidayMore

Went to grab a quick bite, was a little worried as there were not many people there and the pub next door was packed. We were seated quickly and serve was good. Food was certainly not what I would call authentic Italian. But it was...ok, the part that really rubs us the wrong way was no bread offered before or during dinner other than play 4 euro r two pieces of garlic toast! That is not how any Italian restaurant I have ever eaten in would do it….More

Visited today. Food extremely average. Ordered prawns and lemon spaghetti asked waitress when ordering prawns if they were fresh. Dish came out very bland and not fresh prawns. Pizza was not great either not authentic. Restaurant extremely quiet yet still service not great. Owner was...more concerned about local boxer that came in for a takeaway than service of customers in the restaurant.More
