Located in the town of Castlecomer Co Kilkenny. Well worth a visit if you live locally or if you can visit.
The staff are so friendly and the food is fabulous. The coffee is out of this world and great value. Well recommended.

Stopped off here for lunch after Castlecomer Discovery Park. Had super wraps and sandwiches. Very big portions. Excellent friendly service. Was tempted by the Chai Latte and it was so nice! Would definitely recommend. Exceptional friendly staff.

Popped in to Cafe 1 for a wrap and coffee…All Covid precautions adhered to ..Super helpful staff ..Coffee was excellent and the wrap was perfect ..came with portion of Crisps..Good price and a lovely lunch will call again …Thank you

I had the pleasure of eating in this gem three times over a 2 week period and found everything I ate to be excellent, even the creamy porridge(a dish I would never order) that I had for breakfast one morning. It was scrummy. The staff are wonderful and are always ready to stop for a chat or go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need.

I work near here once a month & always love getting my lunch here. Food is always really good & staff are always very friendly. They are so efficient, I'm generally in & out with my takeaway in under 5 minutes. (Often less than 3 mins) Takeaway sandwiches/rolls are wrapped in lovely paper & come with a few crisps in a small separate bag which I think is a really nice touch. It's all packed into a little carrier paper bag with napkins. The quality of the coffee & takeaway cups are also really good. I've been popping in here for years & never been disappointed. I'd totally recommend here & only wish I worked closer more often!

Spotless inside, really nice staff, very quick service and food was fab! And very reasonably priced (don't know why someone posted a negative review). We have visited loads of restaurants on our trips and these prices were among the best we've been charged. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped here again on my way to Kilkenny city. Have been here a few times, was traveling with a friend so decided to stop to treat her to some breakfast. As usual there was a nice buzz in the place, the staff as friendly & helpful as always. Decided to have some breakfast and I went with the scrambled egg & bacon. Absolutely fantastic, must have been 6 eggs scrambled. Set me up for the day. My friend loved her breakfast sandwich. Very reasonable priced. Will be stopping next time I'm passing through.

beautiful staff food is delicious and prepared with genuine care always adjustable to certain diets beautiful employees food and drinks always served with love and care and most of all a genuine smile would defintley reccomend it to everyone

I went to cafe 1 an afternoon last month and I just had to write a review. The service was excellent the food was lovely I got a toasted wrap with ham and cheese and salaed on the side to drink I got a pink lemonade it was delightful I love it and my family did to. Thankle you so much to the wonderful kind staff in cafe 1

Stopped off here for Breakfast on the way to kilkenny, well Wow this is so much more than a little cafe 5* at the highest food was great all homebaked ,well priced quick and very friendly service the staff could not do enough for us very professional. . Best coffee in kilkenny

Stopped off here on the way to Kilkenny. My second visit. Beautiful little cafe, extremely friendly staff. Great selection of home baked. Nice breakfast menu, you have to try the French Toast. Very reasonably priced. Will be definitely be calling again.
