Visited Lannigans on the 6th Nov for a meal with my husband, the food was lovely and the service was good, the only complaint we had was two local men at the bar , there were only 5 people including us there, one of the...men preceeded to talk about his wife ,he was very vocal about their sex life , (i cant bring myself to repeat what he said ,it was so vulgar , both of the staff that were there didn't intervene, it was very uncomfortable to hear what they were saying, i couldnt wait to get out of thereMore
My brother was pulled out if the door, we weren't doing anything, the bouncer just grabbed someone nearest to the door of the pub. We are locals and are so disgusted this has happened
Very poor service waited 40 mins for breakfast and it was poor charged for tea when it should be included in price of breakfast
I stopped in here with my 4 children. The fish and chips were on pointe and my children all had “happy plates”. Service was spot on and the prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend
Really good place, great pints with a big tv to watch sport. Great service from Tracy. Would highly recommend for a weekend
Hen Lunch. 15 of us booked in for daughter’s hen lunch. From start to finish our server Mary was amazing. Very attentive n interactive with us all. Lunch was great n drinks /cocktails were flowing. All agreed that Mary made the experience unforgettable. As my...daughter said.. ‘ Angel of a Lady’ Really hope the owners know what a gem they have working for them.More
We stopped into Lanigans as a family of 5 en route to a soccer match outside the city. We also wanted somewhere to watch the Mayo match- ordered food and drinks and had perfect view of the match. Excellent service, with the owner keeping eye...on everyone as it was very busy but still attended to everyone’s needs. Lovely pub and atmosphere. Will be backMore
Went in to take shelter out of the rain and the smell of food was soo good we came back that evening. The food was delicious. The bar staff were really friendly. It was my daughters birthday and the barman got the band to sing...happy birthday to her. I found the place to be very clean and very friendly. Cocktails were good value too. Looking forward to going backMore
Awful bar to go to on a Saturday night. Bar staff were very slow to serve and too busy chatting to people at the bar. The place was filthy. The bar itself was soaked with spilled drink. The crowd was extremely messy and drunk. Full...of young lads who would hassle girls at the bar.. We left after 20mins.More
After we toured Smithwick's Brewery, we found Lanigan's nearby. I really enjoyed their Cottage Pie. And of course, I also had a pint of Red Ale.
Stayed in Lanigans for two nights for my brothers stag. Ciara and Denise made the organising of everything stress free and the package rate was really good value. We got breakfast both mornings and a steak dinner on the Saturday night. The food was lovely...and the accommodation was perfect!More
We had a lovely night here, they do food but we just had drinks. Theres a lovely atmosphere in this pub, staff are friendly and if you want to watch a match this is the place huge screen. There was freat music on the night...we were here. We had a great night and would definitely returnMore
Lanigans was great. The bartender was very kind and friendly. Food was amazing. Can recommend this place to anyone who wants a bite and place to relax.
The black pudding here is amazing, highly recommend their Irish breakfast. The service is fast, the staff are very gregarious and helpful, and the pub’s a great spot to catch up on some hurling!
