Kyteler's Inn is a bar/restaurant. It's located in the heart of Kilkenny City. Established in 1324 it is one of the oldest medieval bars in Ireland. It has the original stone and beams. Make sure to read about Dame Alice Kyteler before going. Interesting story. Enjoy!

We popped in to watch a match, have a pint and a bite to eat. Staff are good, service is quick. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. The portions are big too

We eat lunch here on a weekly basis. The food is great and very affordable and the restaurant itself is rich with history so it's ideal for tourists. We always have fantastic service from Martin, who goes above and beyond to look after us. He really makes a big difference to our experience, we really appreciate him!

Oh I loved our dinner at Kyteler´s. Our taxi driver took us here, because our originally chosen restaurant was closed - well, lucky us! We ordered several starters, main courses and desserts and enjoyed every bite of every meal. The service was flawless and the interior of the pub adds to the experience. 10/10 recommended!

Not particularly good. I was recommended this by a friend who used to live here and was rather disappointed. Bland boring food.

Really enjoyed this bar. Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was really cool. We actually went back for lunch the following day and the food was also very good. The bartender, Martin, was very friendly and even asked a drunk guy (the only person we met in Ireland like this) to stop bothering us as we were 4 women just... More
