We spent a very enjoyable evening in this cosy pub in Killarney mid April, experiencing a great atmosphere of liveliness and friendliness. After a couple of drinks we ordered food, which was delicious. The food came in good time, and was a good portion size- you won't go hungry! All presented very well. The service was friendly and efficient and... More

Our tour van driver recommended the Laurels pub in Killarney. He called ahead and they were able to accommodate our large group. Food was very tasty and service very attentive. It is located right in the heart of Killarney and was a short walk back to our B & B.

We popped in because one of the locals suggested this restaurant for the good eats. My husband and I split the nachos (very good) and the potato pancakes (another tasty choice!). We also were able to get some local craft beer. The others in our party had the pizza and were not overly impressed, but still enjoyed the atmosphere. Cute... More

Always a great night in The Laurels, great food, great service and good craic. A 'must call' when in Killarney.

Came with family (including 2 kids). Enjoyed the meal and service. Had the Potato Cakes. Superb! Hailed from California and enjoyed my first visit to a real Irish pub.

Restaurant was lovely. Pub was small and very packed. Very noisy due to large group of drunk lads. Food was nice. Drink expensive but then Killarney is a tourist trap!!

Decent little pub that seems to be a favourite for Americans, bit small inside bit manageable, the food is nice but very expensive,€22 for chicken fajitas is ridiculous I think but everyone to their own!

Great little pub that was very busy with the locals. Food is above average but get there early for a table.

We came in for lunch. The food was OK but we thought service was delivered fairly brusquely which we didn't like. We were charged for something we hadn't eaten at the end, which we quickly corrected.

Five of us ate so much we had a food coma and didn't even make it out that night. Food really is 5-stars. We went back the next evening, so between the two dinners I think we nearly had the whole menu. Wings, Stew, Chowder, Steak and Bacon & Cabbage all great.
