Good food and drinks. We really enjoyed Laurels in downtown Killarney. We went two nights in a row. We highly recommend Laurels for travelers.

We visited the Laurels in May 2019 for a couple of Guinness pints after cycling around Killarney Park. I can't say anything about the food, but the ambience is lovely. A warm and friendly country Irish pub atmosphere.

Awesome food and cold drinks staffed by wonderful people! We got fresh salmon and pizza. However the best is dessert with a home made apple blueberry crumb pie! Highly recommend! Will return soon!

This was a great find - I felt very comfortable here, and our servers were very friendly and top notch service. The food we had was excellent, and so were the cocktails. I would recommend this place.

This was one of the most pleasant places we visited when in Killarney. I had the Burrito Bowl and my wife had the Burger with cheese and bacon, both were delicious. The Guinness was good also. Staff were excellent and particularly Noleen.

My wife and I had a quick lunch at the Laurels a few weeks ago on a flying visit to town. The food (potato cakes in a mushroom sauce - yumee!!) was spectacular and the staff couldn't be nicer. Will be back soo for a...few pints the next time!More

We visited The Laurels twice during our stay. Food is fairly good but not cheap. Service however is very poor. On our first visit the waitress forgot to put on my wives order and was only when clearing me and my kids plates see realized...this. We decided to book for another night as food is good. On our arrival she hadn’t placed our booking and the other waitress was quite rude when we wouldn’t except high stool table as our kids are quite young. Again the food was good but again our orders where mixed up. On both occasions with 2 different waitresses I felt they were more interested in a local bunch sitting around at a high table. Wouldn’t go back again due to poor service and really can see the “we don’t care attitude “ as there’ll be more new tourists next week.More

We had only minutes to wait for a table, our covid certificates were scanned and in we went. It was busy but we felt safe and the tables were appropriately distanced. We were here 12 years ago and still remembered the fab t-bone steaks we...ate then. Fast forward 12 years and we returned with our 3 small children! Alas, the t-bone is no longer on the menu but hubby and I both ordered the rib eye steak, his well done & mine medium. Both arrived cooked to perfection as were the sides and childrens meals. They wasn't a scrap left on anyones plate! Delicious food, well priced and 5 very happy customers. We will return- hopefully in less than 12 years!!More
