The restaurant is quiet small. We had to que in front of the restaurant. It took us about half an hour to get a table. In the end it was worth waiting. We had nice fish and chips. Service was friendly and the quality of food was fine. It was worth the price. We will come back again.

Fresh prawns, squid and many types of fish. Daily catch on the board, very reasonably priced where else do you get Brill, Turbot or John Dory for €16.75 ????? It is cafe style seating with service. All dishes cooked to order, they pride themselves on real chips, and they are. Service good and efficient. Business is owned by trawler owning... More

The idea of freshly caught seafood and homemade chips was in my mind all afternoon! I was not disappointed. The haddock was fresh and juicy, the batter light and crispy, the chips excellent. The mushy peas were described as "homemade" but were somewhat sweet which I didn't particularly like. otherwise - full marks! Staff friendly and polite with good knowledge... More

Everything we ate was very very food and very fresh - absolutely no amine scent to any of the fish - but the best thing, by far, was the smoked salmon. In a word - perfect! Melt in your mouth, buttery goodness!

We had the Cod and Chips. Portions were not big but sufficient. Batter was a bit soft and mushy but eatable.

Today I was in Killarney on a wet, miserable day and I was looking forward to having a nice bowl of chowder. I have eaten in Quinlan's before but had never had the chowder so decided to give it a chance. Other meals there had been pleasant so I was expecting a similar experience. What a disappointment! Upon entering I... More

Gorgeous food with big portion size. Busy restaurant but service very quick. Staff could be a little more welcoming and the place is a bit cold. But overall worth a visit. Best meal of our trip so far!

I had fresh cod and chips. This restaurant seemed to be busy every time we walked past so we decided to try it. Would highly recommend.

The fish is so fresh, and cooked perfectly; not greasy with a thin crispy batter. Chips are very good too, not frozen. Portion sizes are value for money and we almost always end up sharing, kids portions are good too. Best ever they do scraps!!! Staff are always very polite, the place is well decorated and spotlessly clean - we... More
