We arrived at The Fresk without a reservation having just arrived in Killarney earlier in the day. We were lucky enough to be given a table and the place was very busy. The staff seemed to have really excellent teamwork and they were very friendly and efficient. I had the oysters to start and they may well have been the... More

We waited several minutes just to have someone bring us waters. Then, we ordered a glass of wine wth our appetizers, and the wine never came despite asking three different servers/food runners to check on it. The food was average at best - do not order the prawns. They are covered in a thick, mayonnaise-based sauce to mask the absence... More

visited here mon 17th April with my partner and mother in law, the price for a set dinner was about €20 for two courses which was very good value. To start my partner had the soup which unfortunately was very bland myself and mother in law had the pate which again was not much to write home about. We all... More

We waited 15 minutes for the waitress and had to go and call her, we never got our bread. The food was barely ok, "walnut herb stuffing" portion of the duckling was minimum with 2-3 walnuts, the creamed potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes. I do not recommend the restaurant.

The food was disappointing .. lots of it appeared to be mass produced and came out way too fast. The ceasar salad was a joke and the meal accompaniments were not good. Mash potatoes shouldn't require carving. Although the steak wasn't bad. Way too touristy for us and more like a fast food restaurant. Will not return.

Five of us last night for dinner.Service was perfect, food hot an superb.Wide menu selection and eating in a spotless atmosphere made for a wonderful evening. Lights could be dimmed and candles would be nice.

We have been today having dinner, and the attention of the waitress was simply deplorable. The restaurant was almost empty, and despite this fact we were seated just side the kitchen and the toilets (at the moment I thought it was because our little kid, but now I know the real reason). When I go to a restaurant I expect... More

I ate from the Value Menu which included starters and the entree for Euro 20.95. That is not bad for the tasty food I received.
