Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went to Keogh's for lunch with my wife's extended family. Keogh's is an old pub in town, serving mainly sandwiches and lighter meals. The food was simple, inexpensive, and not very memorable.

Our club hosted a visiting French rugby team in May and I ended up phoning Keogh's at the eleventh hour looking to see if they could host 50 people for a dinner after the game. Did I mention it was a busy bank holiday weekend...too? Justin and his team were excellent especially considering the pressure I had put them under. They made sure everything was ready for our guests and that they experienced a warm Irish welcome. The food was great and the night was a definite success.More

Lovely bar and good stout. Terribly let down for me by the extreme racist chat from the off duty bar staff. He needs to learn that such talk about hate would be an offence in Scotland. A training issue as he will have to serve...people that he claims publicly to hate.More

Food was good..under new managment and has moved away from the drinkers pub (it seems) and concentrates on food. Does it well. Has a limited but tasty menu. Craft beer is a good selection. Staff are a mix of experienced and inexperienced but we all...started somewhere and they all have a smile and willing to assist which means it all to me. Will be back.More

Inexpensive, fresh and tasty pastries in the store that is connected to their coffee shop. We cheated a bit by purchasing lattes at Sullivan's just down the street rather than at Keogh's but they didn't mind.
