Couldn't fault it!

My husband and I went in for a snack after shopping. We just wanted something small. We ordered the onion rings and fries with garlic dip. Our order was taken quickly, our server was pleasant. It was a decent size portion for €5. Onion rings were gorgeous! The place itself is really nicely decorated, '50's style. Everything was spotless and the booth was comfortable - I love booths! All in all very pleasant, we'd definitely go back again and have something bigger.

Sundaes and shakes, every flavor of deliciousness :) Sometimes you just need a treat! We like to sit in the seat where ‘the Guard ‘ was filmed!!

Simple but Good Food

I always enjoy eating here. There is a reason it will remind you of Johnny Rocket’s or Eddie Rocket’s! For American craving a taste of home, this is the place. Easy to find near Eyre Square. Burgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, shakes, etc. And American mustard, not English!

Wow is all I can say! Food was OK, but I asked for the cheeseburger, which says burger and cheese on the menu simple... When it arrived it had pickles, lettuce, tomato and onion in the burger also. I hate onion it! Plus what if someone had an allergy and none of the extras were mentioned and they couldn't see pickles or onions. This is just common sense. I picked out the onion and pickles but I shouldn't have had to dissect my burger before eating it. I was hoping to see a dessert menu but 30 mins after our meal our plates were still in front of us and no offer of dessert. And do not expect service with a smile. All the staff look miserable.

Disappointing.

Staff are more interested in messing and chatting with each other, than serving the customers, Waited ages to see would someone come over to us, or walk past, so we could ask them for some tea, I went to the counter waited ages while they finished their staff conversation, and finally got their attention.

Stopped for dinner with my girlfriend. Excellent burgers & dressed fries. Proper American style shakes. Worth a visit & very handy if you are visiting the eye cinema

Good place for couples and good value for money. You can get a lot of food for 25 euro. Shakes are great as well!

Visited here this evening. We were waiting at our seats waiting to be served for 10-15 minutes. When the food arrived, we got our food first and drinks about 5/10 minutes later when we had half of our food eaten. Poor service and needs improving to match other Shake Dog stores across Ireland.

Rocking Joes is the best place to eat! It is perfect for everyone. They are very reasonable prices and there milkshakes are to die for.
