Just two days back in Galway City Centre after eight weeks in a Nursing Home recovery from an accident. The one thing I missed most while there was fresh fish. So this evening I ordered takeaway from Hooked Henry Street. It was absolutely delicious. The...Fish was so fresh , I would swear it was still swimming in Galway Bay as I hobbled up Henry St on my cruitches. Best decision I made today.Thank you Hooked.More

Had the pleasure of dining here last week and it was the best meal during our stay in Galway. The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection, monkfish cheeks to start were delicious followed by the hake for main. My partner had grilled cod which...was very good too, I really had no room for dessert but shared a chocolate brownie which was divine. The restaurant is not very big but nicely designed and clean (check out the loo) the two young girls serving were very friendly plus you can see the chefs at work. Not a huge menu but very good. Bottled Galway Hooker went down a treat and a chilled glass of Pinot. Wish I lived nearer to Galway to eat here again.More

This is a modest establishment. Go for the food as the restaurant itself is more along the lines of a chip shop with a sit down dining area than a restaurant. That's not to say that we didn't enjoy the food; we did, it was...extremely nice.More

This place had an amazing menu; great variety of fish, inventive recipes. I will definitely be back. The only downside was that I couldn't try everything!

My daughter had picked here, we had a bit of a walk to find it and wondered what type of restaurant she had chosen. It was amazing the Salt and Pepper Calimari was fab. Fish pie is definitely worthy of a 10/10 and the shell...fish plate was the best my daughter had ever got. Well spaced and good service despite being very busyMore

After a little research on TripAdvisor we chose to come hear in search of seafood. Saturday afternoon, in a somewhat quiet area we wondered if we’d be the only ones there but no- nice buzz of customers and well maintained in terms of social distance....Food was lovely - fish burger was very tasty as was the beautiful calamari and chowder. Good value, nice decor, very pleasant staff. Will return for sure.More
