After a few days in Galway we needed a break from the pubs. We decided to walk the city to see what we could find and happened upon Cava Bodega and we could not have been luckier. It has a good sized Tapas menu with...More

We ate here last year on a visit to Galway and really enjoyed it so we came back on our trip this year. Cava Bodega is just as good as we remembered it. Delicious tapas and good service. Vegetarian friendly, too. Worth the visit.

Had a lovely meal with family and friend. Great variety of tapas with helpful staff who gave good advice and took time to explain how menu worked. It was a bit loud and would be difficult for those hard of hearing but great atmosphere

The food was delicious! We had several plates and shared everything. There were a lot gluten free options,. The pork belly was delicious! We also like the chirizo. The paella was tasty. We also enjoyed the chocolate mousse! The service could have been better.

Had a meal here on a Thursday evening at about 6.30. Busy restaurant with really good food, mainly tapas dishes. Nice atmosphere. Good winelist also. The chorizo and potato dish in particular is superb. Definetely worth a visit!

We were disappointed with the attitude of our waiter, however, everyone else was perfectly pleasant. We were just unlucky. The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

hi, cava is located on one way narrow street. There are VERY few spaces avail on street. You have to pay and display. Easiest is to park in parking garage, either Eyre Square or Hynes. Hope this helps.
