Some of the absolute best mussels I have had, I opted to go for the larger option and I didn’t regret it. My partners halloumi burger was apparently equally fab. We sat outside which had a lovely atmosphere and the sticky toffee pudding is a...must! Wish we went twice!More

Had an unplanned stop off here on a Sunday afternoon and enjoyed the best burger in a long time. Food was cooked to order. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. A lovely selection on the menu including a specials board with vegan options. We...were fortunate to get a table as it was quiet on arrival but the restaurant was full as we left. Highly recommend a visit here. One of Galway’s gems!More

The best meal we had on our two week vacation throughout Ireland. The staff was very well trained regarding gluten options. The food was delicious, they had so many choices for gluten free options even deserts! The food was farm to plate, so fresh.

Checked the reviews and this one stood out. What did it for me were the specials. 5 or 6 specials. Was not too busy at 4.30 so was able to select any table available. Waitress was attentive and looked after us well. 2 small criticisms...would be, they need to print new menus (a bit tatty and grubby), and maybe a good dusting around the walls, shelves and artefacts. That aside, we shared chicken wings which are excellent. Very morish. Partner has the chicken burger which she raved about, lovely thin home fries. Think maybe a touch too much salt but minor issue. I had the rib-eye burger which was lovely, nice sauce and dressing. Again lovely fries. Really good spot at the end of Quay street. Will be back for sure.More

Happened upon this gem and we were all so impressed with every meal we got. There were 2 Ceoliacs in our group and we were amazed with the choice we had. An outstanding, welcoming treat in Galway !

No. But it’s so good and such good value that it’s worth arriving early to be surer of getting a table.

I know this is late but we noticed all of the restaurants in Ireland were very careful about food allergies.
