Visited here on a very wet Friday afternoon on route to Galway Boat Show. Very deceptive exterior and were surprised at how busy in was inside. When we had eaten our lunch it became apparent why it is such a busy spot. The carvery lunch was superb. We had beef stew and stir fry chicken & veg in soy sauce... More

We popped in here on a cold rainy day and had an excellent full Irish breakfast with the usual warm welcome received from the local people. The food was piping hot, two sausage, two bacon, two eggs, potatoes, etc. and there must have been at least 6 slice of toast and 4 slice of wheaten bread between two of us.... More

Everytime I eat here, no matter what I get off the menu I enjoy my meal. Without a shadow of a doubt, they do the best Full-Irish breakfast in town. The staff are very friendly and instantly strike up a rapport with each and every customer. Their menu has a wide variety to choose from, if you're in for dinner... More

We just stopped in for a drink last night but what on earth is the smell. It's like there's an open sewer in the place. Every time I took a sip of my drink that fowl odour would claw at my throat. We had to leave as the smell was so bad. Nice friendly staff but the toilets were dirty... More

We asked the Garda Station where was a good place to get a breakfast Sunday morning. Trappers Inn was the suggestion, good compliment from the lads in blue. On arrival the two lads behind the bar were so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was quite full which is a good sign at 11.30 am. Hubs ordered his full Irish breakfast... More
