Went here for dinner for my hen and it was bad from the start. We were put in a room by ourselves which was nice but then all went downhill. Waiter couldn’t get the drinks order right and just dumped the wine bucket on the...table. We had to ask for water more than once and took half an out before we got it. We had to go looking for someone for drink refills. Arrived at 8.15 and were still waiting for food at 9.30. When it did arrive food was bad and cold and sides were missing but no-one came back to see if we were okay. We had to go looking for staff to get the bill and there were three of them chatting downstairs. Bad attitudes and bad night for all of us. Left as soon as we could. Basically put in a room and forgotten about.More

This is an exceptional restaurant. Went there with some friends and we had a starter and main, and all were excellent. I had the seafood chowder to start which was full of seafood and tasted delicious, and the fish and chips for main, which comprised...3 large pieces of fish, and plentiful chips and salad, all of which were amazing, Would highly recommend this restaurant, which was great value and excellent service.More

Found this restaurant online and visited on the last evening of our mini moon. The staff were lovely and the Halloween decorations were great. We had the stew and the lamb shank and they were both absolutely delicious. We'll be back!

Excellent food - prawns starter was delicious. We chose lamb main courses - great flavor. In these times we are eating in an outdoor terrace and needed the blankets to stay warm. Great service and lovely welcome

LAMB EXTRAORDINAIRE … I had dinner twice at Cooke’s the past week. Their lamb dishes are incredible: Irish stew with lamb and Lamb shank.

Went with two cousins for dinner We were forgotten about in the outdoor dining area. One staff member serving who was slow and bad at her job. We had to go in and order cause they forgot about us. We waited ages for even our...drinks to come out had to go in to remind them about us. We got half of the food we ordered and they forgot to bring out our other dishes. For the prices I would expect better service!! There is one shared bathroom that locks with a tiny thin metal lock that people try there hardest to pull open. We left as soon as we could to go to another bar!!!!More
