Staying in Galway recently and spotted this little restaurant on our way back to hotel. We reserved a table as it was Saturday. The menu is pretty extensive and with 5 different meals everyone was very satisfied, all delicious pasta dishes. Desserts and coffee also great. I couldn't fault it in any way, the staff were also extremely pleasant, will... More

The minute you walk in the door you could be in Italy. Small but full of character and warm, it was freezing outside. Nothing pretentious, friendly and the food was excellent. Had the pasta special and saw a pizza at the table beside me. It looked like a pizza should look like, large, thin crust. Will be back

Venice Ristorante is on a quiet street, and you may miss it if you don't know about it beforehand. Luckily, I had read trip advisor before, so I knew that I definitely wanted to try it while in Ireland. The food was delicious, and the menu is quite large. I really enjoyed my meal. It was definitely one of the... More

I have visited here several times in the last few weeks and I can't get enough of it! It's a very small cosy restaurant in a more quiet part of town but it just fab. I have tried the lasagne, the spaghetti carbonara and the pizzas and I couldn't fault any of them. The service is fast and friendly. My... More

We wandered in here after exploring the city for somewhere different to eat. Our meals were beautiful. It was as If we were in Italy. Lovely friendly staff. And quaint, comfortable decor. The only quip I have was the wine. I got a glass of white and my boyfriend got red and we both agreed that it was a bit... More

My 2 1/2 year old wanted spaghetti bolognese and we walked for about 20min looking at all menu's but could not find anywhere until we saw someone with a large board advertising Italian. We followed the arrow and we could see it at the end of the street. Walked in at 2:30 and it was quiet we just presumed that... More

This place offers a genuine taste of italian cuisine; delicious food, depth of flavor means this chef doesnt take any shortcuts.it would be nice though, if in keeping with italian tradition, a complementary basket of bread was served. however,my main gripe is that any time I eat here,I can never take off my coat; it's never warm, bordering chilly. It somewhat takes... More

Recommended by a waiter in the hotel, we weren't disappointed. Kids had bologenese and a pizza, adults had cannelloni, carbonara and ravioli. All delicious, as were the desserts. Highly recommended. Great value too!

The is a small quaint restaurant. Best to reserve ahead. The food was simple but very, very good. The service was excellent. The portions were large ... so plan you meal accordingly. I have never had better Italian food. There was a lot of take out activity as well ... in my experience this is an indication of a restaurant... More

Very reasonably priced and tasty meal. Very small restaurant. We came in at 6:30PM and all but four seats were taken
