Kappa Ya is a wonderful surprise, a small restaurant which serves fabulous authentic Japanese food. We will be back.

Maybe they had an off day. Food was ordinary, ordered seafood tempura and only got 3 small pieces of seafood and the rest was vegetables. Tofo soup nothing to write home about either. Service was good and wine was good. Food -2/10 service 7/10.

Waited 30 mins for food. Only half of my order showed up. Cheaper than other places at least. Spanish staff not entirely accomodating or polite about this when I asked.

The food was superb. Teriyaki salmon with delicious crispy skin. The restaurant could benefit from better ventilation but I’m not letting that spoil the review. We had a lovely dinner.

I ordered the bento box for dinner and it was lovely and affordable at 15 euros. At least 3 workers checked to see if I needed anything. Good people.

Amazing food, amazing service. Stunning interiors. Very funky! Really good vegetarian options. Also, really good service for peanut allergy sufferers.

When I arrived I wasn't sure were they open as its hard to see into the restaurant, as I later learned if the curtain is outside the door it is open. I was torn between the sushi roll and soup or the bento box. I...More

Visited Kappa Ya a few times in the past and was somewhat surprised on this visit with the small menu options but as it's always changing it was worth trying the new tapas. We ordered some chicken hearts and gizzards which I was really happy...More
