Me and my girlfriend were there for dinner and the food was horrendous. Absolutely terrible not worth it (we had tandoori chicken and onion bhaji for starter and MOMOs and jalfrezi for main)

I thought the starters and mains were excellent. Lamb Himalya and plain nan, superb all washed down with ice cold Cobra. Staff pleasant. Could’ve sworn we saw Billy Connolly.

Service is poor as hell.. Won’t go back again. We aren’t going there for your favour so put a good smile and try to welcome customers well

Excellent food, excellent service and great value. This restaurant was recommended by several other family members from Canada who had previously visited and it lived up to our high expectations.

The food is very tasty and the flavors are very good. The mango lassi is amazing. I would definitely come back if I have the chance. Very recommended

Myself and my partner went in for a second time last night, first time being a couple of weeks ago and that time was perfect. Staff were lovely very helpful but at the end of the main course the manager came to clear the table...and asked why I didn't finish my food ( we had just ordered too much and left the chicken from the kormas on the plates it was nothing personal) and he then proceeded to ask my partner why he didn't finish his either. And passive aggressively cleared the table and continued to give us a side eye for the rest of the night. Food was decent enough, have had decent experiences in there but this service just left such a bad taste in my mouth. After paying, my partners wallet went missing. We walked a 2 minute distance from the restaurant to a pub near by after our meal and as he got to the door he realized it wasn't in his pocket and that he might have left it on the table in the restaurant. We went back in to check and the people serving us all night were very helpful, took my partners details and said they would ring if anything showed up and let me check the table again. Unfortunately nothing showed up but we were very grateful for the woman that helped us try and find it . Definitely will not be going back after this experience.More

As we were visiting in our weekend break, decided to have Indian in our old Favourite 🤩Restaurant. Starters tandoori prawns and mo. no. Was very nice, main course Lamb Madras was nice and spicy. It was nice to see people are back in house dinning....Service was excellent and food was great. If you are looking for good Indian Restaurant, give a try. Highly recommend.More

Staff really nice and welcoming, unfortunately that is the only positive, never tasted Indian food like it , the starter was ok ish , a kebab and pinion bargee , this was followed by chicken Bhuhna for my wife she says she has never tasted...Bhuna like this the rice had a funny taste also and the Peshawari naan swimming in Greace , I had Himalayan lamb , was told this is spicy 🌶 I didn’t find it spicy just sweet and lamb was tough , we couldn’t eat it so we paid and left, real shame as this was our first night out for food since pandemic.More

Not great. Restaurant was cold even though they had space heaters everywhere. Not great start, Had Lasun Kebab to start with. No great taste just oil and onions. Boring. Chose a Dansak next which should be bursting with flavours, and again not. Very bland and...boring. Nan bread was ok. Won't be back and suggest you look elsewhere yourselvesMore

During lockdown we had a takeaway from Kashmir. We spent around 70 Euro and it was dreadful. Korma was so disgusting that my son was almost crying when we encouraged him to eat it. My husband tasted it and immediately put it in the sink....I washed all the sauce off and chopped up the chicken and gave it to our dog. Mine was vegetarian and edible but so sweet and no spice. The other two dishes were the same truly awful. Starters were overcooked and oily. The rice was lovely as was the plain naan. The worst part of this that was when I emailed to complain and explain our experience I was given a detailed account of how the food should be and basically insinuated that we had no idea of the food should be like. I lived abroad for years and had many Indian friends who I ate out with and they also cooked in their homes for my family. I know the cuisine very well. I was also told that they would give me 10% off my next order. I wouldn't return if it was free. Dreadful customer service. Complete waste of money.More

The Korma tasted like custard there was so much sugar in it and not even a kind of a slight bit of spice. We ordered a side of vegetables, they where saturated in oil, it took 4 lumps of tissue to mop it up (as...were starving and thought sure well make the best of it) even then, bitting into the vegetables nothing but oil fell out of them! On top of that no rice came with one if the Kormas and i was still charged, neither my boyfriend or I could eat anything apart from the poppadoms! Worst of all when we rang to complain we got shouted at and told it was the same recipe for 25 years & we were the problem, when I said we were left with no choice other than to leave an honest review he got irrate and became even ruder, claiming we were bad people?! He kept shouting, and repeating himself and refused to listen to either of us. AVOID, we spent over 30 euro and were left hungry with nothing but a bad tsste in our mouths and a light pocket.More

By far, the best Indian in Galway. Last I had the tandoori king prawns, devine, sag aloo. All their naan breads are amazing & completely made from scratch. Excellent.
