Farmhill is tucked away in a suburban enclave off the Goatstown Road so can’t rely on passing trade to fill the tables. Instead, it has built a loyal customer case through word of mouth & a dedicated local clientele. Our third visit confirmed why it’s...More

I first visited Farmhill two years ago and it was excellent. I visited a few more times in 2016 and 2017 and Paul and Kieth had the place running like clockwork and served really good food. However, our meal there last weekend was a disappointment....More

My friend and I meet up every couple of months for a delightful catchup over a hearty breakfast/brunch. We are always looking for somewhere new . Upon readying the reviews of Farmhill, we booked. The restaurant was 30% full and our reserved table was at...More

Lovely lunch (Risotto, Fish Fingers in a bun). Both excellent, very friendly service. Teriffic desserts (the lightest bakewell I've come across), and a wonderful Eton Mess. Two coffees (with the requisite crema), just right, finished off a great lunch. With a large bottle of water,...More

Nice friendly atmosphere. Attentive staff. Good prices. My cannelloni was very good as was my creamed mushroom starter. My wife enjoyed the Sea Bass and her smoked salmon starter was presented well and was very tasty. This is a little gem of a restauraunt.

Went for brunch this morning. Menu interesting but it read better than it was executed. Husband and son had chicken waffle dish which they liked. My baked eggs were only ok. The chorizo and potatoes were over cooked and dry. Daughters vegetarian breakfast the worst....More

Can't fault the welcome and the attentive staff. Pleasant environment also. So many good things. Just need to up the game with the food. Way too bland. Not bad just bland. Could take a price hike and up the quality of the cooking.
