I wanted to share how much I love Featherblade. At the beginning of June, I dined here for the fourth time, this time with my family, and it remains my favorite restaurant in Dublin. The ambiance and service are excellent, and the culinary offering is...outstanding. The menu, with its emphasis on meat dishes, gives the restaurant its unique character, and the recurring ingredients add to the experience. Even the beers pair wonderfully with the food. Congratulations on your fantastic restaurant, and please know that we genuinely enjoyed your meal.More

We both chose the featherblade sandwich, I had a side of sweet potato wedges and my wife had Mac and cheese. All were served swiftly and tasted wonderful. There was a lovely atmosphere inside and the staff were attentive and we would highly recommend

Went to the restaurant for a birthday celebration for my boyfriend. I saw the restaurant had good reviews and thought the steak would be nice. I was very disappointed with the steak both me and my boyfriend ordered ribeye and it was too salty. I...would never recommend that place to anyone. If you are looking for quality steak and birthday celebration meal go to fire steakhouse as that place was divine. I was even supposed the restaurant doesn’t acknowledge customers birthdays despite the fact I put it in the notes of my booking. Very displeased.More

We went to featherblade to celebrate a birthday and we had a lovely evening. The staff were very attentive to the groups dietary requirements. Our waitress really made it feel like nothing was trouble. The food was then absolutely gorgeous. Mouth watering steak! And we...had a selection of yummy sides. Drinks were great we opted for some cocktails with dinner that went down amazingly. Can’t wait to go back again!More

We had a birthday dinner at this restaurant with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have visited this restaurant a few times over the years and have NEVER been disappointed. The food is excellent, the location is central and I really like the setup...of the restaurant that has an open kitchen. The standout for us however was the service. The service from the moment we arrived was EXCELLENT. Massive kudos to the waiting staff and the chef who took time to redo one of our steaks because he wasn’t happy with how it came out. I loved the fact he didn’t send it to us then have it come back, but instead was proactive in redoing the steak. I had the feather blade steak and love it so much I actually have only ever had that when I’ve visited this restaurant. I want to specifically call out Cooper. He was excellent, incredibly attentive, personable, informative and a true professional. Cooper greeted us when we arrived early, set expectations, asked good questions to understand the occasion, made the effort to make us feel sexual and would regularly come to check on us. We’ve all eaten at many restaurants BUT the fact each of us was impressed by Cooper speaks volumes of the man, the professionalism, personality and service he provided. We would definitely revisit for the food quality, service level and Cooper.More

Myself and my husband enjoyed an excellent meal in this restaurant. Both steaks were cooked to perfection. We had a side order of chips, sweet potato fries and creamed spinach and all were absolutely delicious. My husband enjoyed the cheesecake which I sampled and it...was delicious. The staff were so friendly, attentive and professional. I look forward to our next meal and would highly recommend a visit to Featherblades!!More

As Italians we are pretty demanding when it comes to having dinner in a restaurant. But we don’t like so much overspending nor too fancy restaurants, as food quality standards are quite high anywhere (and at home). We found the name of the Featherblade in...a local guide and wanted to give it a try given the reputation of Irish beef. The restaurant was full on Saturday, so we made a reservation for Sunday night. At our arrival a young Brazilian girl took care of us, made our table free and brought us immediately a carafe of water. She came few minutes later to take our orders. She was nice, kind and attentive throughout the dinner. We had Featherblade and Picanha steaks and a house Burger. As sides we ordered the house smoked bacon (don’t miss it!), spinach, chips and salad. As portions were more than enough, we shared a cheesecake as a dessert. I had a glass of Rioja Reserva and a Jameson Back barrel to finish. Everything was delicious. The meat was very tender and tasteful (better than a bistecca alla Fiorentina if you see what I mean). The rest was equally good. Prices were correct and certainly worth the high quality of the dishes. A final word about the place: it is quite small but tables are not too close to each other. Lighting was correct. You should not expect crystal glasses but everything you need and clean. There was some nice music as a background but not too loud. To conclude: I will certainly return as soon as I am back in Dublin !More

My family and I had a meal at the restaurant before the Leinster game in Croke Park. We hadnt eaten here before but were impressed by the reviews. Always a little sceptical about reviews, but have to say Featherblade exceeded our expectations. Beef was cooked...perfectly for each of our parties and was superb. IMO for the quality on offer, this restaurant is very good value.More

Featherblade was excellent. Our waitress suggested the Picanha steak, which was perfectly cooked. We also shared a salad and sweet potato wedges. The star of the show, however, was the steak. Wait staff seemed a little rushed, but I’m guessing they were understaffed. We had...no complaints with our service, though. I would definitely return next time we’re in Dublin.More

An amazing steakhouse with a laid-back atmosphere. The food was delicious. The menu was short, which I find is indicative of a restaurant that wants to really excel at the dishes they serve. The staff were accommodating and polite, all young people that looked genuinely...interested in helping us enjoy ourselves. Prices reasonable for Dublin and value for money. We will be going back before we leave.More
