My wife and I had our anniversary lunch at Featherblade on Dawson St. two days ago. What an amazing experience. I tried the Veltins Pilsner. We shared the fried chicken w/ curry leaf mayo starter. For mains we both Ribeye steaks (cooked medium), we shared...the beef dripping chips (w/ a pot of mayo) and the charred broccoli. We skipped dessert. The steaks were phenomenal…perfectly cooked, tender and flavourful. The beef dripping chips (dunked in mayo) was the perfect accompaniment! You just know Featherblade use exceptional ingredients and treat it with respect. A memorable meal in Dublin.More

Amazing food and service. One has to try the steak with macaroni cheese, chips and creamed spinach. I love this place and keep returning!

Such a brilliant restaurant. I absolutely love going here. Steak, chips, creamy spinach and macaroni cheese are all to die for! Highly recommend and very reasonably priced! A must visit!

I liked the food. The steak was delicious and the sides were nice. Thin desert selection but that’s ok. A great little place

Featherblade is utterly unbelievable. Fried Chicken is some of the best I've ever had. The spinach is breathtakingly good (even though I usually don't like spinach!), and the chips are to die for. None of the above, however, compares to the steak. I will not...even to try and put how breathtakingly amazing it is, as doing so could not simply ever do it justice. Just go try it. Has Gluten Free variants of almost everything on the menu to, so good for any Coeliacs in your life. Price wise, the resteraunt is actually cheaper than most in Dublin, especially when talking about steaks. Don't let the non-standard cuts put you off regarding this, they're better than the mainline alternatives, as well as being cheaper. tl;dr: Go eat there. Like, now.More

So we had food there the other night. The food was absolutely excellent, and the staff (Sasha I think) was absolutely lovely. Can't compliment her enough in all honesty. Really made us feel welcome despite being very busy. Altogether I had an absolutely lovely time...and we are looking forward to our next visit.More

Featherblade steak was excellent and cooked to perfection. Staff very friendly. Only slight downside was that lighting felt a bit bright at our table, which was towards the rear of the restaurant. Highly recommended though

6 of us went for dinner, for 6 large adults we were a little squashed into a booth with 3 each side. We had to eat in unison! We had a Vegan diet in our group and they offered minimum choice but the celeriac steak...was good and two of the sides were fine. The steaks were tasty if a little cool on serving and there was a little wait time for the last of our group to get their meal. However it was tasty and the creamed spinach was excellent. Staff great and Covid rules abided by. I would go again but maybe not 6 in a booth!!More

Went here for lunch and was very impressed with the whole experience from the friendly welcome to the attentive service and really tasty food at very competitive prices. The menu is fairly short - three starters and maybe seven or eight main courses. We had...the crab salad on focaccia and mozzarella salad starters, both delicious, followed by two very tasty burgers with beef dripping chips (amazing) and creamed spinach. Everything was top quality and perfectly cooked. All this plus a half litre of wine and a beer for €75. Not bad for a Dublin city centre restaurant. we have already booked our return visit!More
