Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Took my team to The Beer Market in Dublin for our quarterly team night out. Had requested a quiet spot so we could chat and was given a table upstairs. There was piped music but low and did not interfere with conversation. There was also...games such as Jenga and Connect to play and a number of tables were using these. This is a craft beer pub so good to let your party know this in advance as Guinness etc is not on sale but plenty of beer to choose from and some ciders etc. We ordered platters of food which were 50 euro and were advertised for five people. The food was lovely but quantity of food for five people was insufficient. Two platters ordered for ten of us, on the night there was only seven due to illness and I had to order two extra portions of chips to supplement the platters. Chips were 5.50 per portion and although absolutely gorgeous, feel this was a bit pricey. Staff were excellent, very professional and looked after us well. We had a lovely night and enjoyed our trip to The Beer Market.More

This place is a really nice place to go hang out in the evening before heading back to the hotel. We went here 3 times during our weeklong stay in Dublin. We stayed across the street at Staycity ChristChurch and it was nice to have...a close place to hang out for a few drinks and an appetizer at the end of a long day of running around Dublin/Ireland. Really enjoyed the drinks, bartending staff, the nachos, and the BBQ chicken wings.More

When we saw the sign it reminded us about the chain in Canada but we were presently surprised it is not and it is a more welcoming place than the Bier Market in Canada

I randomly walked in during a Monday afternoon while roaming around Dublin D1 and D2. Nice place and good selection of beer. Decently priced too. The staff, at first a bit stoic, became friendly later on. Recommended.

Saw the sign from the street. Decided to give it a try, very happy with that decision. Far better than other establishments attempting a similar vibe in the area.

I spent five weeks rehearsing for a play in Dublin and found this bar as I walked into the city one afternoon. Almost from the first day I walked in it had won me over. Personable, genuinely friendly staff, every one. It became a home...from home, as I was an out-of-towner. The beer may be great, the food excellent (and both are) but there's no substitute for great staff. That'll always make a decent bar, and that's all you can ask for. They were a big part of making my stay in Dublin memorable. Can't recommend highly enough.More

Table for 2 was well distanced from others. Staff were very attentive and service was quick. Food was brilliant (nachos, halloumi fries & Asian glazed chicken wings). Had a beer taster of 4 beers and then tried some others afterwards on draught and bottle -...some really good choices from Ireland and the main abroad choices (German, Belgium and USA). Really enjoyable evening as place wasn’t mobbed so no big queues at bar, quick attentive service, food & drink of high standard and even music wasn’t too loud so could hear each other speak. Will be back 👍More

Visited today with a friend for food and drinks. There were two staff members on duty who were well able to attend to all socially distanced customers. The service was excellent, they were so welcoming and accommodating and were happy to recommend food and drinks....We had the loaded fries and buttermilk chicken which were excellent. Not our first time visiting and certainly won't be the last.More

Great selection of local and regional craft beer and the prices are good for craft beer. There are games inside to play and the food looked really good and big portions. Well worth a visit and was a great stop off from a walk to...Temple Bar area from the Guinness storehouseMore

A quieter, cosy place with a lot of draft beer to choose from. Almost all of them are local ones. You can order a taster, tray which includes 4 different beers.
