Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place served 12 of us with ease. The food was some of the best food I’ve had. The beef stew was especially delicious! The environment was great more formal. The drinks were fantastic.

Our visit was a total happy accident, went in just because it was so close to where we wanted to watch the St. Paddy's day parade.... asked about plastic cups and stayed for a few Guinness and a few Jamesons..... went back again for dinner...after the parade.... it was really fabulous food and really reasonably priced.... for the starter and main special for 28.95€, I got the seafood chowder and lamb (supplement 3.95€)..... totally delicious.... washed down with Irish coffees and white wine.... the staff were all really fantastic too.... I didn't get all their names unfortunately..... but Jakob looked after us for most of the day and was a total character, great craic.... will definitely be backMore

We had an excellent meal early on a Saturday evening. There is a great selection of gluten free courses. I had the Seafood Chowder for starter, Burger for main and banofee for dessert. All very good. My wife had the mushroom starter. She had battered...fish for the first time since being diagnosed as coeliac so was delighted with that. She had creme brulee for dessert. Mineral water still or sparking comes as complementary with the meals. Service was very good. We would certainly recommend here and will return ourselves.More

Great restaurant! Drinks were delicious! Went with a big group of fiends and we all ordered something different - everyone loved theirs. We all did the Starter and Main combo deal and had glowing reviews! Nice service and food! Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Great grub and service on a busy rugby day. They even gave me a pile of ice so we could make cocktails on the train back to Belfast. Thank you.

Lovely food great steak. I am gluten free and had lots of options. I had the sea food chowder which was okay, but the steak I had for mains was lovely. Service was very friendly.

Thus was one of "govti" gf gluten free restaurants. They used to really understand coeliac needs. We had ordered and the kids wanted burgers. The waiter informed us the tomato ketchup was no longer gf. The kids did not want burgers and fries without ketchup...so we left. Very disappointed. On the bright side we went to Cafe en Seine which was amazing gf food.More

This restaurant is well run, with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. Their wine non alcoholic cocktail was a hit. The food is excellent, with special mention of the Calamari, Pâté and Yorkshire Pudding as favourite starters and the Lamb Shank and Burgers as firm...mains choices. Exceptional value with wonderful chefs and service. What more could one ask for??😊😊More

Visited here after reading good reviews. Amazing food! Plenty of choice and even a coeliac menu! We chose the salmon and the Irish stew and then Bailey's creme brulee. Very reasonably priced. Excellent service and attention to detail by the chefs. They also have GF...Peroni available. Would definitely recommend.More
