The restaurant is quite dark with lots of small lights and candles which gives it a nice warm feel which is quite romantic. The menu contains a wide selection of hot and cold tapas dishes from €3 to €15. One of the advantages of tapas is you can get a mixture of dishes to suit the various tastes at the... More

Thank you for this wonderful review Glen, we are delighted you enjoyed your meal with us. We don't take reservations in our restaurant as we offer a walk in service but the wait for a table is never normally that long. We have duly noted your comments on the diet drinks section, thank you. We look forward to seeing you... More

Popped in on spec on a busy Saturday evening. Waited approx. 15 mins in the terrace until there was a table ready. Had a bowl of olives and chose wine while waiting. Service was efficient and friendly and the food and wine was delicious. The best tapas I've had in quite a while. Atmosphere was warn. Will be back soon.

Visited with my daughters for my 50th birthday celebrations. We started on the back terrace with some sangria while we waited for a table inside. We weren't disappointed and the food was well worth the wait. Great food, great friendly staff and Catalan Cameral! What can I say apart from if you are in Dublin you will be a fool... More

I have been a fan of this wine and tapas bar since it opened many years ago - the atmosphere is warm and there is an excellent heated terrace for summer evenings or if you just fancy a cigarette. The tapas are varied and the wine selection is great. I hadn't been back in some time and on a recent... More

I visited Pintxo on Tuesday evening with my girlfriend as we fancied a bit of Tapas. Firstly, be prepared for it to be a cosy intimate setting with your neighbouring table (if you come as a couple). It's basically a table of four separated by one metal bar (bit odd). Fortunately we arrived just as another couple were finishing. The... More

Thanks for sharing your review of our restaurant with us. We have another restaurant on South William St which has a different setting to Pintxo and we also have another restaurant in Dundrum which again is decorated differently if you'd like to try them too. More

Without doubt one of the best tapas outside of Spain or Canaries that I have tasted. Dishes well prepared and served with a friendly smile. This is a must if you enjoy tapas. The dishes are varied from cured meats to cheese to salad and Pintxos specialities.

Really quirky place. Great food choices and lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend a visit here for any occasion. Whenever I am back in Dublin I try to visit this place. Standard is consistent. Personal taste but maybe a little too much garlic on some of the dishes.

Popped in for a quick bite and drink Dec 27th. While the dishes we had were perfectly fine didn't feel they were in any way special. Was quite busy so it was commendable that we were accomodated without any fuss. Service was quite nice and atmosphere good and buzzy. Not an expensive night out but always feel with this chain... Christmas eve on Grafton street was busy and finding a light meal and a glass of wine was difficult. We tried a few places and all were manic so we wandered into Temple bar to the Port house was open and welcoming customers. A glass of wine, a beer and some tapas did not break the bank and was served... More
