Went there for lunch on a Saturday at 1500 hrs and expected the restaurant to be empty. It could have been 2000hrs in the evening. The restaurant was full and there ws a wonderful ambience. The staff were lovely and so efficient.

Chose this restaurant because of location and it’s certainly lovely inside. Unfortunately, though the food didn’t match up. We ordered steak which was lovely but the hand cooked chips weren’t very nice at all, pale and didn’t taste very nice either and some of them...More

I visited here last weekend with my Mother to celebrate a special birthday. I had requested a nice table when making the reservation. Upon arrival, we were shown to a pokey table where we felt in the way of passers by. I immediately notified management...More

I went to peploes with my husband and another couple visiting from the US. The atmosphere is lovely but extremely loud. The acoustics are such that you hear lively conversations you don’t want to hear from other tables. The food was good. I have diet...More

Our small group tour had a dinner here and the food was excellent. Everone loved it. The restaurant is lovely and the wait staff was top notch. My husband and I had the lamb and the chicken. Loved every bite. Appetizers of brie and carpaccio...More

We had lunch here with a group of 8. The fish of the day was cod with a chorizo crust - very tender, well prepared with nice flavours. The other guests appreciated the grilled salmon dish too. There is a nice wine selection, mostly French...More

I am a visitor from Belgium, and a few days ago I was invited by two friends to dine at Peploe's. Much as I appreciate the hospitality of my guests, the visit to Peploe's was a great disappointment. Summarising the experience I must say that...More

Peploes would not be our normal choice for a meal but we were entertaining a visitor from Belgium and we needed a quick meal prior to a concert in the Concert Hall. As my wife is coeliac I inquired about gluten free food when booking...More

4 of us had dinner soon after Peploes reopened. New decor and layout impressed. The new menu lacked in surprise and substance. Service was adequate. New staff perhaps?

We had a group of 14 here food and service was good but too expensive. Water for the table came to 84 Euro alone.

Description
Peploe's is chic, sophisticated and probably the bubbliest restaurant in Dublin. Refurbished in August 2017 to a beautiful finish reminiscent of an old world Paris brasserie but with the quirks of a modern New York Bistro. A visit to Dublin is not complete without a visit to Peploe's St Stephens Green. Vegan/Vegetarian menu also available.
